“You look adorable,” he says, and I grin wide.

“Yeah, I heard,” I laugh, rolling my eyes.

“Hey, we’re twins, of course we think alike. You got a sec before we head out?” he asks, and it occurs to me that Sawyer knew Asher wanted to talk to me, which is why he dipped outside.

Little sneak.

“Sure, what's up?”

He runs his hand through his dark blond locks. His hair has gotten longer now and it’s almost falling in his eyes, but I definitely don’t dislike it. “I just… this is going to sound nuts, I’m aware.”

He pauses and I chew on my lip, staying quiet and letting him work through whatever it is he’s going to say.

“Okay, I’m making this way more of a thing than it needs to be,” he says, laughing softly. “You fucked the three of them before you met me, and I’m pretty sure Sawyer mentioned that they all agreed to share you… because they all wanted you. And then I met you, and I, very obviously, wanted in on that little deal they made.”

I nod, pressing my lips together, wondering where the hell he’s going with this.

“Sawyer and I are much less… withholding with how we feel about you—obviously—but you being in the house… I think the other two are weakening. Cole at the very least. So I just, wejust, wanted to let you know that if either of them says anything, or does anything, and you’re good with that, then we’re good with it too.”

He pauses again while I process exactly what he just said.

“I am not making a great moment of this,” he groans, tugging at his hair again.

“Asher, I mean, it’s a lot, but you didn’t exactly mess it up. I doubt you’re right about the others, but thank you for telling me, I guess?” I say, not really sure how to take the fact that Sawyer and he are okay with not just sharing me with each other, but with the other two as well. It’s not exactly something that’s done.

I don’t think.

“It’s not something we’ve ever done—outside of a one night thing—but you’re way more than that. Obviously. God, I keep saying that a lot. I think I might actually be nervous,” he rambles, wiping his hands on his jeans. “But Sawyer and I, we’re all-in with you. If you hadn’t been who you are, I’m pretty sure Travis wouldn’t have ever put you at a distance, which means Cole wouldn’t have either. If you’d have been okay with dating all four of us, I mean.”

“Honestly, I can’t say I ever really thought about it,” I tell him, though Cole did kiss me that one time, and I didn’t tell anyone… but that was before us three were a thing. “Though, to be fair, I can’t say I ever considered dating twins either.”

The front door swings open and Sawyer bursts in. “Are you guys done yet? I’m freezing my balls off out here.”

I laugh, happy that Sawyer broke the tension, but I’m also kind of glad Asher said something so I’m not blindsided if Cole or Travisdosay anything. Not that I think they would.

Now who’s rambling, Briar?

“Yeah, we’re good,” I say with a smile. “Let’s do this.”

“We’re good?” Asher asks, taking my hand and squeezing it.

“We are,” I reassure him, and he kisses me.

“Good, let’s go support our boy.”

I let him lead me outside and prepare myself for two plus hours out in this frigid November night.

Please, God, let them have hot chocolate at the stadium!

The game is ridiculously close and it’s halftime. I’m waiting in line for my fourth hot chocolate because it’s too freaking cold tonight, even with the packed stands. I think it might snow soon.

My phone buzzes in my pocket and I check it in case it's one of the guys wanting a drink, even after they declined earlier.

Cole:

I need to see you. Meet me by the locker room door.
