Bryan: You’re lucky she waited till now.

I just send him a bunch of emoji’s back.

“Catherine said she is not spoiling your fun and that it serves you right for the picture,” Sara laughs, obviously getting an earful off Catherine. “No, we’ve just been bar hopping.”

She looks over at me and blushes again. “Hey Catherine, I need to go… No, he said nothing… Catherine, I love you, but I feel like your cock blocking Ady…”

I laugh and raise my eyebrow at her.

Adrien: Can you please distract your fiancée?

Bryan: Ha ha, I guess she is cock blocking you.

I send him the finger's crossed emoji.

He sends me a much dirtier emoji back.

I show Sara. She goes even more red and hands the phone to me.

“Hi Catherine.”

“Adrien, you know I love you but…”

I don’t let her finish. I know what she’s going to say.

“I love you too. Catherine, I’m hanging up now. Sara will call you, no doubt, in the morning if she can string together a conversation.” I hang up the phone.

“Oh, you’re gonna be in big trouble for that,” she laughs.

I pull her up to me and kiss her. I grab hold of her and run my fingers through her hair.

“Ady, please.” She begs, pulling me in closer.

“My hotel is just round the corner. Or we can…”

“No, definitely your hotel.” I

I’m a total jackass for even thinking of anywhere else. Especially a dive bar like this. Of course, Sara doesn’t want a quickie in the toilets.

Note to self. Be the better guy, Adrien.

While Sara goes to the bathroom to freshen up, I ‌pay our bar bill.
