Chapter Thirteen

Justice

I don’t particularly like her drinking or getting drunk, for that matter, but she’s so damn tense that a few drinks couldn’t hurt her. And who the hell am I to tell her she can’t have them?

We find a table, and I order some drinks. Sky watches with wide eyes as people move and sway to the music. I take the risk and ask her to dance, needing to be closer to her. I need to be holding her.

“I don’t know.” Sky mumbles under her breath before downing her drink. She turns to me, her eyes lighting up a little as I smile at her.

“Come on, Sky. Live a little with me,” I urge. I don’t know what’s happening between us. I don’t know how I feel about all these emotions she’s pulling out of me.

Finally, she holds her hand out, and I take it in mine, leading her onto the dancefloor. The music blasts through the speakers as I spin her around and pull her back into me.

“People are watching how you move,” I tell her in her ear.

“Is that a bad thing?”

“Not at all, but you’re attracting stares,” I tell her.

“Men or women?” she teases. She likes this. Sky likes playing with me to see how far she can push before I break. I don’t think that it would take much with her.

“Men. I don’t think I like them looking at you like that,” I admit, sliding my hands down to her ass and squeezing. I want them to be jealous of what I have. Then it hits me. She’s mine. I want her to be mine, but at what cost to her? Isn’t it enough I’ve already gotten her mixed up in this mess? That Bana has already targeted her? I don’t like the idea of letting her go. I want to keep her, and as I pull her body closer to mine, I think I make that known.

The music changes, so we take the opportunity to sit and have a few more drinks. It doesn’t take long for Sky to get drunk. She’s a complete lightweight when it comes to alcohol.

“Dance with me,” she shouts above the music catching a few looks and smiles. They know she’s drunk now as I nod and lead her back to the dancefloor. Her body moves, sways, and her hips fall into my hands. It must be obvious to anyone watching that I want this woman, and not just for sex. I want more. I want to know more, feel more. And that’s not something I’ve had in my life in years. It’s not something I thought I would want ever again, but Skylar is slowly pulling these emotions out of me, and I think I like it.

I lean in and brush my lips over her neck, watching her squirm as she spins and presses her ass against me. I grab her hips, holding her in place as we grind against each other. Then I don’t know why but I lean in and ask.

“Can I keep you, Skylar?” she spins in my arms, her hands resting on my waist as she gazes up at me through half-drunken eyes.

“Why would you ask me that?”

“Because all I want right now is you.” I can’t tell her just how much I want her. I can’t tell her just how much I need her either. I want more of her, need it, crave it.

“I want you too, Justice. More than I should,” she admits, and my heart soars. I know this is all wrong, and we’re in this situation because of me but having her here is perfect. It’s everything I could have wanted.

“I talked to a few people at the bar,” I tell her.

“What people?” she asks, narrowing her brows at me.

“Don’t worry. When we get back to the hotel, I want you naked on your knees, hands on your thighs, and head bowed. No questions asked,” I instruct her. She nods her head and licks her lips before pressing against me and kissing me. I let her have this moment and take what she wants from me. I know that when we get back to the hotel, her pleasure will be all mine.

Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if we dated. The thought hits me harder than I thought it would. She’s already in this mess. What could it hurt? Besides, I’ve discovered I like being around her. I enjoy being with her, and that’s not something I thought I’d find ever again.

Her body trembled under my touch as I ran my fingers along her back.

“Justice,” she moans, and my cock grows harder. I love hearing my name leave her lips. I love hearing her say my name.

“You ready to go, baby?” I ask her. Sky bites her lip between her teeth as she nods. “Words, Sky. I need your words.”

“Yes, J. I’m ready,” she says. I let out a little growl at her calling me J while we’re out. It does something feral to me.

I take her hand in mine and lead her out the main door of the bar. The walk back to the villa takes no time, anticipating what’s to come.

We walk past one of the guards as Sky giggles at something I said. She’s tipsy, and typically I wouldn't try new things with someone who’s been drinking. However, she needed to let loose. She needed this time.

“Naked, Sky.”
