A master puppeteer, Van had me strung so high I felt ready to snap.

Before I could articulate my command for him to stop, I received a second and third swat. The sound of each strike was worse than the sensation. As a matter of fact, the sting lessened, making the flesh of my behind ultra-sensitive as two fingers plunged deep inside me.

“You’re soaked,” he murmured between kisses to my neck.

The sound of his zipper was almost missed as his voice filled the air. “Are you ready for the orgasms I promised?”

I nodded as I tried to speak.

His hand covered my lips as he buried himself deep inside me, keeping my scream only between us.

Julia

Waking in Van’s large bed, the room around me was as dark as it had been when we’d finally given into sleep. Rolling to my side, I reached for him as I’d done throughout the night. The sheets were empty and cool. I blinked, trying to find a clock. Small numbers on the bedside stand let me know that I’d managed to sleep until after nine.

Stretching my arms and legs upon the soft sheets, I recalled our nighttime activities with the added benefit of time and perspective. Saying that Van continued to take me to new and exhilarating sexual highs seemed as redundant and recurring as declaring the rise of the morning sun.

And still it was true.

A day or even an hour before we arrived home, if I’d been asked how I would react to what Van did to me last night, I would have said it wouldn’t happen. My mind told me that spanking was off-limits. We were a couple, equals.

That answer would have been given without the benefit of hindsight.

It wouldn’t have considered the shift that our roles make when we’re intimate. The concept of our stark alteration in dynamics was difficult to comprehend. In all other aspects of our life together, I felt his equal and his partner. That commonality of mutual respect was one of the aspects missing when Phillip pretended to be Van.

Maybe it was the power of suggestion, but even this morning on the soft sheets, my bottom tingled and my grin grew with the memories of last night.

The answer I would have given would have deprived me of the pleasure Van brought me. The fullness of his cock, combined with the tenderness of his body upon my sensitive skin, was indescribable. He’d awakened every synapse, every nerve. The resulting sensory overload could be felt from the top of my head to the tips of my toes.

By the time we settled to sleep, my body was satisfied in every way possible.

The wine, dip, and bruschetta abated my hunger.

Van’s command of my body and the granting of orgasms satiated every other need.

As I lifted the soft covers, I made a mental note to not fret over Van’s demands in the future. If last night was any indication, I’d willingly disobey.

Still nude, I walked to the place where I’d found the switch to open the blinds.

As I activated the mechanism, the blinds pivoted and streams of bright sunlight infiltrated the darkness until the blinds moved to the side, no longer obscuring the glass. Bright blue sky contrasted the snow-covered large bowl of Chequamegon Bay beyond the windows. My fingers met the tempered glass as my eyes adjusted to the influx of light.

“If you continue to dress like that, I’ll have to cancel my day.”

A smile filled my expression as I turned to the handsome man in the doorway. “I didn’t hear you enter.”

Van placed a tray on a table near the fireplace before walking my way.

From the long strides of his suit-covered legs, to his freshly shaved cheeks and combed dark mane, I took him in. A fresh clean scent, mixed with the light, spicy aroma of cologne, preceded his approach. His shirt was without wrinkle and his satin tie reflected the sunlight. Without the benefit of any covering, I had the sense that I was prey being stalked by a much more dangerous predator. His palm came gently to my cheek seconds before his lips met mine.

Coffee and mint.

“I think I need a shower,” I said with a grin when our kiss ended.

“You’re beautiful. I wasn’t sure if you’d be awake.” His grin grew. “We were up a bit late last night. Or I was.”

I inclined my cheek toward his touch. “I’m not complaining.”

He tilted his head toward the tray. “I wanted to bring you breakfast and coffee. In case you were still asleep, I was trying to be quiet.”
