“Call him back. Let’s find out.”

He laughs darkly.

“I don’t share my toys, Hellcat. Let’s go.”

The next thing I know, I’m flying, my arse is in the air, and I’m staring directly at his.

“Put me down,” I demand.

“So you can try running again? No chance. In case you didn’t get the message earlier, you’re mine, Emmie Ramsey.”

“Pfft. Think again, knobhead. I’m not a thing. I don’t belong to anyone.”

The dark laugh that falls from his lips sends a shiver racing down my spine.

“You keep telling yourself that, Hellcat.”

I’m still trying to cover my thong-clad arse as we make our way to the lift.

“Will you stop that?” he mutters, batting my hands away. “You’re ruining my view.”

“I swear to fucking God, I’m going to…” My words trail off when I look to the side and catch our reflection in the mirrored wall of the car. “Holy shit.”

I watch him as he stares at my arse in the mirror, his finger trailing up my thigh until it dips between my legs.

His eyes are locked on where it disappears, and I writhe on his shoulder as he pushes it inside me.

“So desperate for my cock, aren’t you, Hellcat?”

“Theo,” I whimper, unable to deny the truth this time.

I’m so lost, watching the hard set of his face as he stares at himself fingering me that the ding of the lift startles me.

With his fingers still inside me, he carries me out of the enclosed space and toward his flat. I can’t help but look toward the other end of the hall, half expecting Daemon to be watching us.

“Fuck, Theo. I need—”

“I don’t care,” he hisses. His voice is cold, and it probably should terrify me, but in contrast to that, my body practically vibrates with excitement. “You keyed my fucking car, Em. Why should I give you anything you need?”

“B-because you want to,” I stutter when he curls his fingers just so.

His chest rumbles with something, but it’s not a response I can make out. Instead, when he speaks, it’s not at all what I’m expecting him to say.

“Give me your hand.”

“W-what?”

“Hand,” he barks. “Mine are busy.” He palms my arse with his other, proving his point.

Spinning, he stops when the biometric pad to let us inside his flat is right beside me.

“I can get us in?” It’s a dumb question, I’d already figured as much, but the words fall from my lips regardless.

“You were meant to be here waiting for me. How did you think you were going to get in?”

The fact that he’s clearly stolen my handprint at some point barely registers over the shock that he’s actually allowed me access.

No one has access to Theo’s space. Since moving here, he’s locked it down like Fort Knox.
