Ariel was trembling as his lips came to hers again. It felt so right. So nice. His lips were gentle yet again, tasting, learning, feeling. A sense of restlessness grew inside her as his thumb stroked her cheek and his fingers held her neck.

The three of them were so intimately connected even though they all had their clothes on and the only thing happening was kissing.

Her heart was so full, and she tried hard not to think about Stu. Instinct told her he belonged in this pile of bodies too. That he should be crawling up her body from the foot of the bed, pressing himself against her torso.

She forced herself to shake the thought from her mind. He wasn’t here. He’d made his choice. She wouldn’t wait another day, another hour, another minute to start the rest of her life.

She didn’t need Stuart. Two amazing men were crowding her on both sides, making her body tingle with anticipation. Butterflies danced in her stomach as Kester’s hand landed there, his fingers stroking her through her shirt.

She was well and truly blessed.

Nothing had ever been more perfect.

And then the door to the apartment slammed shut.
