I giggled and shook my head. “I’m sure it’ll help you with living up to your nickname, too.”

“True,” he conceded with a wink. “But I’m willing to bet you’ll get more use out of the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath even though it’s big enough for the two of us.”

A shiver raced up my spine at the thought of all the things Hack and I could do to each other with hot water swirling around our naked bodies. “You really bought a house for us?”

“Fuck yeah, I did.” He brushed his lips over mine. “Staying away from you for six long months was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but setting shit up for us helped keep me focused on the end goal—spending the rest of my life with the woman I love.”

“You love me?” I gasped, tears of joy filling my eyes.

“Really, babe?” He shook his head before claiming my mouth in a deep kiss, earning us a wolf-whistle from one of the moving crew. I whimpered in protest when he finally lifted his head and murmured, “I love you, Paisley.”

My mind was in a sensual fog, but my heart knew exactly what I needed to do. “I love you, too.”

”Thank fuck.” He brushed his lips over mine again. “Now that we’ve got that settled, let’s go pack up your shit so we can get the fuck out of this messed-up town.”

He wrapped his arm around my shoulder and used his free hand to wave the moving guys over. As we neared the house, Jessica flung open the front door and practically ate Hack up with her eyes. I cuddled closer into his side while glaring at her. “You’re more than welcome to anything I left in the kitchen but stay away from my man. He’s all mine.”

“As if,” Jessica huffed, crossing her arms under her breasts and lifting them higher. “There’s no way a little mouse like you has what it takes to keep a guy like him.”

“I didn’t hear any complaints when he was groaning my name all night long,” I boasted, bumping her out of my way as I walked into the house.

Hack gave me a squeeze and chuckled. “I didn’t have any complaints before you let me into your tight pussy, either.”

“Only because you were stalking me from afar,” I whispered as we made our way upstairs to my room with the moving crew following us.

“Not anymore, baby.” He pointed at the closet, and the movers started putting my hanging clothes into a tall box. “I’m keeping you close now that I’ve made you mine.”

I snagged a small box and tugged him into my en suite bathroom. Tossing my toiletries inside, I suggested, “Keep the orgasms coming, and you won’t ever have to worry about me having the energy to even think about going anywhere. It took everything I had to crawl out of bed this morning.”

Hack kicked the bathroom door shut and pressed my back against the hard surface. Keeping his lips over mine, he swallowed my cries when he slid his hand into my panties and made me come. Then I sat on the edge of the tub while he packed the rest of my bathroom stuff and oversaw the movers as they emptied my room. I still hadn’t fully recovered by the time they were done. Hack led me down to his bike, and I wrapped my arms around his body before we roared away from my past into my forever.

Hack

One year later

“Barrett!”

Paisley’s shout had me streaking out of my office and upstairs into the bedroom, nearly hyperventilating. “Is it time?” I asked as I burst into the room, looking around wildly. There was a go-bag around here...somewhere. Where the fuck was the bag?!

“Don’t be silly,” Paisley giggled. “I’m not due for two months. Come here and feel the baby kick.”

I spun around to see my wife stretched out on the bed with her hands on her belly. My eyes did a quick once-over to make sure that there were no visible problems. Her breathing was steady, except for the sweet giggles that kept coming out of her pretty lips.

My heart rate began to slow, and I took a deep breath. Fuck. My brothers were right. I wasn’t going to be worth shit the day Paisley went into labor. Not that I’d ever admit to it and give them the satisfaction of getting me back for each time I gave one of them shit when their women were in labor.

I ambled over to the bed, hoping my calm demeanor would hide the fact that I’d been about to freak the fuck out a few seconds ago. Plopping down next to her, I smiled and placed a hand over her large belly.

“Don’t think I didn’t notice your little meltdown, Barrett,” she said nonchalantly as she picked up her phone, which had been lying beside her. Her attempt at a blasé attitude was ruined when she snorted as she tried to hold in her laughter.
