I try to slide my dress back on, but I’m a little awkward now, I have to admit. Stephan is right there, tenderly pulling the dress over my head, fitting the soft band part under my giant tits so that the skirt flows over my massive belly. My ankles are a little bit swollen too, so basically everything on me is giant right now.

And everybody seems very happy to see it that way.

“Okay, let’s do this thing.”

The timing is perfect. The crew has garlanded the big dining room just as I asked. The tables all have matching bowls of lavender roses. I can already smell the tenderloin and sage in the giant ovens. I have a crew of eight chefs now, all working for me when I need them. We don’t need them every day, but today we will.

“I think you need to get out there?” Trigger says, crossing the dining room with a smile.

“Do I?” I smile back.

He stops, pausing to run his palm over my swollen tummy.

“No time for that,” I snap playfully. “Why don’t you make sure the guys get ready, then come out to say hello?”

With one more wistful glance at my midsection, he agrees and heads back upstairs. Suddenly I’m nervous, but I can’t wait to see her. If I weren’t so fat I would skip it, but instead I just shuffle to the back garden, fighting the butterflies in my stomach.

“Olivia!”

“Betty!”

She looks amazing. Her dress is champagne colored, with little handmade pink flowers strewn all over it. Lavender lace circles her shoulders, and her strong arms are tanned bronze from the Florida sun.

As she rushes toward me, Bubba trundles up behind her in a tuxedo shirt, but no jacket. After I finish hugging Betty, he shrugs at me apologetically.

“I’ll wear it for the ceremony,” he explains gruffly, wiping his forehead with a crumpled handkerchief from his pocket.

“Oh my God, this place is gorgeous!” Betty coos.

She looks around excitedly, fanning herself to get her emotions under control.

“I can’t believe it myself sometimes,” I confess. “It’s all like a dream come true!”

“I know what you mean!” Betty grins.

“I love what you’ve done with the place,” Bubba remarks.

He’s trying to sound clever, but I think he really does like it. This was his own home, and the scale of the change must be shocking, but I think he can see all the love that we have put into it. I hope so.

Pete, Stephan, and Trigger all walk out into the back garden, dressed in their tuxedos with matching lavender bow ties. Oh my God. My handsome men. Just look at them!

Pete comes up first, clasping Bubba in a hearty hug. Even though Bubba doesn’t seem like the hugging kind, he makes an exception for these guys. I can tell there is a lot of love between them, even if they don’t know how to say it. They’ve gone through so much together. Things only each other can understand.

I can hear the sounds of car doors on the street, and realize the guests must be coming. Soon this entire courtyard will be filled with people, loved ones and strangers, and eventually a band.

“I can’t believe this is happening,” Betty smiles.

“You make a beautiful bride,” I smile back.

She twirls once, shrugging one shoulder.

“You really think so?”

“I really do!” I confirm.

She leans forward, squeezing my arm.

“I told you, didn’t I?” she asks quickly in a half-whisper. “That everything works out? That everything ends up completely as it’s supposed to be?”

“You did, Betty,” I smile, tears rushing to my eyes as I pull her close in a heartfelt hug. “And you were so right.”
