I chuckled. “We’ll clean it up later.”
She straightened, turning to face me, and running her hands up my chest. “I’m dripping out of every orifice.”
“Yeah, you are.” I slid my hand between her legs, cupping her mound. “Any concerns about being mine now, baby?”
She settled her cheek to my chest. “No.”
“Good.” I kissed the top of her head. “You want a bath and some wine.”
“Does my man know his woman?”
I chuckled. “Yes, yes, he does.”
She smiled up at me. “Then make it happen, Daddy Cakes.”
I leaned down to kiss her, then made it happen.
Sierra
“Wake up, baby.”
I groaned, pulling the covers closer as I shook my head. “What time is it?”
“Five.”
“In the morning?” I squeaked.
“Chase the sunrise with me,” Wrath whispered.
“Why?” I groaned.
“I have a surprise.”
“Are we leaving the compound?”
“We are.”
I sat up. “Seriously?”
“Seriously.”
“Is it safe?”
“Takin’ a couple of recruits with us,” Wrath said, walking into his bathroom. “Wear jeans and boots.”
I slid off the bed. “We’re taking your bike?”
“We are.”
“Do I get a hint?”
“No. Get dressed, Moonbeam. Grab your leathers.”
“Will there be coffee?”
He stepped out of his bathroom with a frown. “Would I have the fuckin’ nerve to wake my woman at the ungodly hour of five and not provide for every single one of her needs? Now, go. Get. Fuckin’. Dressed.”
I let out a huff. It was dramatic. It was loud. But it was totally fake, and I knew he knew it by the laugh I heard as I made a run for my room to get dressed.
