He kisses my forehead. “How about I run you a bubble bath while you put your things away?”
I give him a beaming smile. “That sounds perfect. Thank you.” I reach up and tangle my fingers in his messy hazel hair, giving him a quick, passionate kiss. The tingles from before hit again, and I groan into his mouth.
He pulls away and blinks, then gives me a huge grin. Taking my hand, he grabs our bags and leads me into the house. We part ways in the hall—him to the bathroom to start my bath, and me to my room to put my things away.
A knock sounds on the door and Wells pops his head in. “Hey. I thought I heard Arrow’s bike. How was shopping? Get anything good?” He gives me a smile and pulls me into his arms.
I lean forward to give him a quick kiss, then frown.Shit, I was just kissing Jax.
“What's with the frown, Snow? Everything go okay?” Wells asks, his eyes curious.
“Yeah, everything was great. I got what I needed, then we went for some coffee and talked about some things. I’m going to jump in the bath, but can we chat later? I have some questions.”
“Course, babe.” He bends down and gives me another kiss, then leaves the room.
What have I gotten myself into? Two weeks! I have only been here two weeks.
I am so screwed!
