I got a wild hair up my ass. One that could destroy me.
After two weeks, Jaynee had broken through my boundaries and demolished them with ease. Maybe I let her because I felt something more for her. That had to be it. Jaynee gave me a reason to want to live until I was old and gray… and of sound mind.
I’d fallen hard for the curvy single mom.
I knocked on Karma’s front door. Jaynee had no idea I was coming. When it opened, it wasn’t Karma or Jaynee.
“Why are you opening the door, peanut?” I lifted her into my arms and kissed her cheek. Music blared from inside.
“Mommy didn’t hear you knock.”
“What’s she doing?” I closed the door with my elbow, curious as to what was going on. No one was around. There wasn’t a party going on, although it sounded like one.
“Washing dishes.”
“Just the Two of Us” was playing. Jaynee was so into her chore and the song, she hadn’t noticed me behind her. I hung back to enjoy the show. Her hips moved from side to side, her shoulders shimmying forward, then backward. She fucking turned me on. I wanted to press my alert dick into her round ass and grind against her until I came in jeans.
“I need to talk to mommy, peanut. Can you give us some privacy?” Did a four-year-old know what privacy meant? Hell, if I knew.
Sadie smiled. “Mhm. I’ll go play in Nova’s bedroom.”
Perfect.
I kissed her head and set her down, then watched her skip off.
I recognized the song, but it wasn’t Bill Withers singing… or so I didn’t think. I certainly didn’t care as I crept behind Jaynee shaking her ass.
I wrapped my arms around her, dropping my lips to her neck as if I had a right to. As if she was my woman.
She froze in place, suds on her hands.
“Why didn’t you scream?” I nibbled up the bend of her neck. Damn, I loved her neck.
She sighed, dropping her head back. “I smelled your cologne.”
I couldn’t help but grin at the neediness in her voice.
“And I was hoping to surprise you.” I glided my hands up her torso and covered her breasts.
“You’re turning me on.”
“I’m already turned on from watching you dance. You must be made of jelly cause jam don’t shake like that.”
Jaynee laughed, twisting around to face me. “Way to ruin a hot moment.” She took my face into her wet, soapy hands and planted her addictive lips on mine.
What was she talking about, ruining a hot moment? I’d say I was making her panties wet with my wit, charm, and sensual kisses.
We devoured each other as friends would…not. Because the honest truth was, we were more than friends. Our mutual attraction was outrageous, mind-bending, epic times a million.
I simply couldn’t control myself around this woman.
But I had to if she was to meet my mom. Jaynee needed to know what she might be signing on for with me. I didn’t want her to blindly choose me. And a friends with benefits relationship would never be enough for me.
I didn’t want to ever let Jaynee go. She was mine.
