Her body stiffened as her thighs slammed against arm, locking my hand between her legs as she came hard.

The sight and sound of Poe coming from my touch combined with the friction of my cock rubbing against the chair was all I needed to send me over the edge. I followed her with a muffled groan, a warm stickiness soaking my sweats. Maybe I should have cared I came in my pants like an adolescent human boy, but all I felt was the afterglow of finding my pleasure at the same time my female found hers. When my processors finally stopped spinning, then I would resume my worrying.

Now that I had tested my hypothesis, I needed to analyze the results.Touching here there had indeed made her moan. And more.I couldn’t wait for another round of testing, maybe this time I’d try putting my mouth where my finger had been. A pleasant shiver ran through my frame at the thought.

“So much better than rocket science,” I murmured, a stupid grin spreading across my face.

*Poe*

He was smiling at himself. He should be. Wow. He had made me come faster than I imagined was even possible. Pretty sure he came, too.A matching smile broke out on my face. I took the fact he had came too as a compliment. I loved that touching me had been enough to send him over the edge. “I agree. Muchbetterthan rocket science, but you’ll have to explain that to me sometime as well.”

He cocked his head. “Really?” The confusion in his glowing green eyes made me smother a giggle.

I brushed my fingers over the top of his head. One of the most brilliant minds was hidden under there. I wanted to know what he kept in there since his processors were just as interesting as his frame to me. “What? No one has ever wanted to listen to you talk about all that wonderful science stuff you have inside your head?”

The smile slipped and he frowned. “No. Well, except for Dr. Shaw. Mostly they avoid me or roll their eyes or try to escape as soon as possible once I start expounding on the joys of science.” A crease appeared between his eyes. “My vision systems observe the exact moment their eyes glaze over.”

I grabbed for his frame as mirth bubbled in my chest. “You areadorable! Do you know that?” With anyone else, I would have been self-conscious of the fact I sat with my boobs on full display, pants around my ankles, and panties soaked so thoroughly that I wondered if they would survive the clean-up. Not with Dax. I could have sat here forever, watching his adorable expressions as we talked about experiments, lab coats and who had the faster processor speed-Technology or Medical Models?

I had my own guess, but Iwantedto hear his. Even if it wasn’t really a guess since he already knew the answer.

“What if I promise that my eyes will never glaze over? Iwanttoknow everythingabout you Dax.” I tapped the side of his head. “The knowledge in your processors included. But first let’s get cleaned up, and I believe a certainsomeonepromised me waffles.” My stomach rumbled loudly. All that pleasure on an empty stomach hadn’t been the best idea.

Okay, that was a lie. I really hadn’t meant to whip my shirt off and explore second base with my cyborg, but it had been the best idea I’d had in long time. So much better than stories about robotic dogs. With Dax, I knew I would never get bored. He proved that point a second later.

“I will definitely need to clean up.” He stood up and grimaced. “This stickiness ismostuncomfortable.” He held out his hand for me, flashing me another winked. “But soworth it.”

Chapter Twenty-Two

*Poe*

Was it possible tobe this happy?I sighed, snuggling deeper into Dax’s warm, firm chest. After consuming a heathy dose of waffles, the events of the day set in and I had nearly face planted into my waffle free plate coated in syrup. Luckily, Dax had been fast enough to avoid that fate and had scooped me up to take me to the bedroom informing me that I was going to take a nap to recharge my energy levels. He put me in bed and I didn’t even have to ask him to climb in with me. He did it all on his own, settling in beside me and tugging me to his frame.

I honestly don’t know how long I slept. I could probably ask Dax since he most likely had it timed down to the microsecond, but it didn’t matter. I no longer felt like given a another plate of waffles I wouldn’t end up head first in a plate of syrup, so that was good enough for me. Part of me wanted to get up and explore more of headquarters, but most of me never wanted to get out of bed again. I let out another sigh and Dax brushed a kiss to the top of my head.

“By the sighs and the way you are attempting to meld yourself with my frame, I take it that you are finally awake?”

I lifted my head off of Dax’s very comfortable chest and realized his face was blurry. At some point, he must have removed my glasses since I couldn’t remember taking them off myself.

“These might help.” He slid the glasses gently onto my face.

“Thanks. I prefer seeing you instead of you being nothing but a green blur.” I stretched. “And thank you for taking them off. I completely forgot. I was totally wiped.”

“Your systems were in sleep mode for approximately nine hours, four minutes and fifty-two seconds. I would say that definitely proved the theory that you were as you put it, wiped.”
