“Darius. Now. I need you inside me.”

I couldn’t resist when he moved to cover me. I tangled my fingers in his hair and pulled him close. Devoured him with my kiss. Lifted my hips to take him deep.

It only took a few seconds before he lost himself. He held me in place, pinned between the bed and his large body, thrusting hard and fast. Deep.

My body responded instantly, my throbbing core pulsing around him as another release rolled over me.

“I love you, Lily.” He pushed deep, kept the orgasm a fire in my body. Pushed me to respond.

His words broke me and my body followed my heart over another cliff. This time the release was softer. Gentle. It was as if my body knew this time was meant to be different. This wasn’t just sex, this was love. Making love.

I’d never done it before.

His kiss changed from demanding to gentle, his touch from aggressive to tender and I had no will to do anything but stay where he wanted me, to allow him to worship and claim me. His release came soon after, his entire body rigid as he sighed my name over and over. His lips left mine to trace a path along my neck. Back up again. He stayed inside me where we both wanted him and kissed me. Over and over until I knew I’d never get the taste of him out of my mouth. I didn’t move. I couldn’t. I had nothing left.

“Lily, my Lily.”

“Yes?” My response was more sigh than anything else. I would not move, not so long as he wanted me here.

“You are mine, my everything. I love you.”

“I love you, too.”

“Didn’t you forget something?” He used his commanding tone and I smiled, brushing a strand of hair from the forehead of the man I adored.

“I love you, sir.”

“That’s more like it.” Darius rolled onto his back with a happy smile and brought me with him, tucking me neatly into his side. I sighed with contentment when he pulled up the bedding to cover us both.

“I could get used to this.”

“Now you want to be a Prillon warrior?”

He grinned and kissed the top of my head. “I shall reserve judgment until my special order from Earth has arrived.”

“Special order?”

“Chocolate cake and cherry cheesecake. Don’t tell me you forgot.”

Oh god. I didn’t think it was possible, but my core fluttered back to life.

“Are you going to limit yourself to one word commands when you go into beast mode?”

Darius laughed. “Depends how much I like chocolate.”

Good lord, I’d created a monster.

My monster.

I curled into his side, safe and warm and content, and I trusted Darius to watch over me. Protect me.

Now. And always.
