“Are you and Daddy finished with your discussion?” Daphne asked.
“We’re finished,” I told her, wondering if this was true of our marriage as well.
“Can we watch TV?”
“Sure. Go watch in Mommy’s room. Okay?”
“Mommy’sroom?” Harrison asked as the kids disappeared up the stairs.
“I think it’s best if you sleep down here until we get everything sorted out,” I told him.
He nodded. “Does it make any difference if I tell you that I don’t love her, that I’ll end it once and for all?”
