“Not until we show Brody the picture. It’s the only way to ensure that the guards won’t notice I stole their IDs.”

“They’ll only last so long with Karma. But if we show Brody the pictures, then the distraction will continue. Because he’ll definitely want to take them out for some beer and pizza to thank them for showing Karma such a good time.”
Ghostie said something dumb about that not being true, but I wasn’t listening anymore. I’d just walked back out onto the stage.

I pointed to the screen and Ghostie made the image appear.

“What’s wrong?” I asked. “Are you not happy with your choice?”
