“Are you sure? Was I too rough with you last night? I’m sorry. Shit, it’s just... I lose my mind when I’m with you. I got carried away.”

“Shhh,” I murmur into his chest, giving his tattooed skin a kiss. “It was perfect. I loved every moment of it, and I wouldn’t have changed anything.”

“Are you–” he tries to ask again.

“Yes,” I giggle, pulling away to look up into his bright blue eyes. “I like it rough, Zed. You treat me like a princess every other moment of the day, but when we’re together like that, when we have sex, I want you to treat me like...” My cheeks heat as I think of the word I was going to use next, but can’t bring myself to say it out loud.

As if Zed can read my mind, his lips tip into a sexy, smug smirk. “Like my little slut.”

I say nothing, biting my lip and nodding my head.

“You know, Starbright. I love that you trust us with your body like you do. Because there’s so many naughty things we want to do to you,” Leo says, stepping behind me, his lips finding my neck. I whimper, my pussy growing slick. He groans, his cock growing against my ass as he smells my arousal. “Fuck me, baby girl, your scent drives me fucking wild.”

“Sometime soon we're gonna have to have your mate here use his powers. Just imagine how fucking mind-blowing it would be,” Zed suggests, and Leo stiffens behind me.

“If he’s up for it, I am,” I tell Zed, needing to let Leo know it's okay to be who he is, as long as it's with us.

A wave of lust hits me like a freight train, and I grip Zed for dear life as an orgasm washes over me out of nowhere. Zed grunts, and I feel warm liquid hit my belly.

“Fucking hell, man,” Zed pants out with a laugh. “I didn’t know you were that powerful.”

My mind tries to wrap around what the fuck just happened. Leo pulls me from Zed’s arms and into his. He licks the shell of my ear, and I moan, my core still pulsing from my climax. “A little morning orgasm for you, Starbright,” he chuckles. “I would have loved to have given you one myself, but there’s people waiting on us.”

I blush as I realize they could probably hear us.

“As for my powers, from my night with Abby, last night at the party, and what happened between the two of you, I feel like I’m high on power.” Leo lets out a heavy breath. “It’s different, not something I’ve felt before. But I like it, it’s just going to take some getting used to.”

“And we're going to be here with you if you need us,” I tell him, turning in his arms to lean up on my tiptoes to kiss him.

Zed gives me a pair of his sweatpants and a hoodie to wear. The pants are long, so I had to roll them up a few times, but the sweatshirt is perfect. It smells just like him, and I just want to live in it.

“Thank you so much,” I tell Zed’s mom as she hands me a plate of pancakes.

“No problem, sweetie.”

We all sit and eat for a few moments before she turns to Zed with a big smile. “I see you two made things official,” she says, looking at Zed’s neck.

“Oh shit, did it come in?” he asks, his hands going to his neck, then he looks to mine. He grins wide as his thumb brushes over something on my neck. “Yours did.”

My hand comes up and over his, a smile taking over my face. I find his, my heart picking up as I see the white and black feather.

“Congratulations,” Libby says. “I hope someday I find my mate. I’m glad something good happened in this family.”

The table goes quiet as we all look at our plates. “I want to thank you,” Zed’s mom says, breaking the silence.

“For what?” I ask, then realize what she means. “You don’t have to thank me.”

“No, I do,” she responds softly. “I wanted to leave for so long, but I kept holding out on the hope that he would change. Sadly, it got to a point where I was staying out of fear, not love.”

Zed growls next to me, and I put my hand on his thigh, giving it a squeeze to let him know it’s okay.

“If he ever comes back, let me know. I meant everything that I said.”

“You're an amazing young lady.” She smiles with tears in her eyes. She looks at her son. “Never let this one go, Zed.”

“Never,” he says firmly, making my heart swell.

“So Abby, how’s your stay on Earth going?” she asks. “How’s that... school?”
