She already felt like the luckiest person in the world. The
most blessed. Her grampy had given her a gift. He’d given her
back Dallas, and not just the old Dallas, but the older Dallas
who was wiser, more mature, and willing to make so many
changes in her life so they could be together.
Quinn knew that she’d make some changes too,
starting with finding a job that she liked. Whether it was in her
field or paid well didn’t really matter. She just wanted to work
someplace she didn’t dread going to every single day. Maybe
one day, if Dallas didn’t like living in Topeka, they’d move
somewhere else. Quinn knew she wasn’t ready right at the
moment, but in a year or two, when she had time to get used to
the idea, she could probably be ready to do it if Dallas was
with her.

want to do with your two days while you’re here? I hope
canceling your hotel room or just not staying there is the first

order in and stay in and never go out until I have to drive you
