“Yeah, the offer was too good to pass on.”
“Yeah, well, its nothing you don’t deserve.”
“I know.” Sara looks like she’s getting in her head again.
I’m not a huge fan of that look, especially when I’m part of the reason she gets that look.
Catherine walks back in the room, and she looks shocked. The mood instantly changes in the room.
“What’s up?” Bryan jumps up and walks over to her.
“That was the police. Our house alarm has been going off for the last half hour, but I don’t understand because the alarm company didn’t get in touch with us. Anyway, there’s some property damage, but they need us to come round to see what’s missing.”
I grab my keys and look at Bryan.
“You two stay here. Ady and I will go to the house.”
“No fucking way, Bryan. I’m coming with you.”
“Ok, so we all go,” Sara said, backing up her best friend.
Grabbing their bags, they walk towards us at the door. We all leave to go to Bryan and Catherine’s apartment.

Hi Jenna
I need you to do me a favor. Something has happened at Catherine and Bryan’s place with the police. I need you to speak to the hotel and get them a suite for the night. Preferably with a joining room, as Catherine and her bridesmaids are supposed to be getting ready there tomorrow. Tell them they’ll need two keys, put Catherine’s name on the room and Sara.
I don’t know anything else at the moment, and if I start getting into things with the hotel, I won’t be able to get away.
Thanks.

Hi Adrien
Consider it sorted. Just let me know what you need and when. Also, Sara as in the Sara Raine who’s going to be starting here? Adrien, have you been screwing a bridesmaid and offered her a job?
