Phoebe:
I've lived in Burly Creek most of my life and I'm ready to get out.
Is it so bad that I'm a little envious of my brothers?
They've all found the loves of their lives and here I am, single and not loving it.
And worse, there are no prospects here...well, except for Anthony Hunter, the gorgeous, quiet cop.
Clearly, he's not interested though. I see him all the time and he's never given me a clue.
I need to get out and explore the world, or else I'll end up a lonely townie.
That would be a fate worse than death.
Anthony:
The minute I laid eyes on Phoebe strong, I was smitten.
I've always believed that actions speak louder than words, which is why I find it so difficult to talk to her.
But I've hit a breaking point. I can't let things go on like this anymore.
Every time I see her it gets more difficult to hide my feelings, and my tongue gets tied.
Phoebe has to know how I feel about her, which means working up the nerve to tell her.
And if all else fails, I'll just have to show her.
