He smiled slowly. “I don’t know, but it sure feels like I’m in heaven.”

I stared deep into his angelic eyes. “I won’t tell, if you won’t.”

He shook his head. “Not me. Nobody needs to tell them. They wouldn’t understand. All they need to know is we got our HEA. And we did, didn’t we, my little Willow.”

“Yes, we did. We finally got our happily ever after.”

The priest had barely concluded reciting the vows when I blurted out, yes.

I thought Caleb might laugh or chuckle at my eagerness, but he didn’t.

He ruined the order of the ceremony by pulling me in an extremely passionate kiss. When it was over I was breathless. Our friends and my family were cheering.

The priest had a sense of humor. He said, “I pronounce you man and wife. You may now kiss the bride again.”

Caleb didn’t disappoint. He lived up to his name and pounced on me like a hungry Wolfe. And yes, we lived happily ever after.
