“Yeah, it’s the best,” I said. “And you’re more than welcome to come stay whenever you want. I know my mom and dad are excited you’re here.”
“That’s very kind of them. How are you feeling about your final season?”
“Good. Ready.” Aiden shifted slightly. “I’ve been practicing at the rink almost daily. Ben, the owner, is a big fan. He lets me stay after hours.” His fingers tightened on my hip.
I pressed my lips together, trying not to squirm at his unspoken words. Oh, he’d been practicing most nights down at the rink, alright. But it usually ended up with him on his knees, head buried between my thighs, or me bent over one of the benches in the abandoned locker room.
To say we were insatiable was an understatement.
Aiden nuzzled my neck, kissing the skin there, not caring that his mom was sitting across from us with a knowing smile on her face.
“Easy, hotshot,” I whispered. “We have company.”
“Yeah,” he let out a heavy sigh. “I can’t wait until we’re alone again.”
Soft laughter pealed out of me but quickly died when Carson growled across the boat, “What did I tell you, Dumfries? Hands off Bug while we’re on the boat.”
“Cockblock,” Aiden muttered under his breath, and I elbowed him in the ribs.
“He’ll come around.”
Carson was still sulking, scowling every time Aiden and I got too close, but I knew he was secretly happy for us.
Bothof us.
How could he not be? Aiden lit me up inside, and I made him calmer. Softer around the edges. He was like a different guy than the one who arrived in Dupont Beach almost a month ago.
I didn’t doubt his old ways would resurface when the semester started, but hopefully, his mom was right. Hopefully, he would realize that it was okay to let the past go.
I had.
And I was more excited about the future than ever.

“More,” I panted, rolling my hips in a slow, delicious circle. Aiden gripped my waist, guiding me right where he wanted me.
“You feel so…”Thrust.“Fucking…”Thrust.“Good.” He drove up into me, hitting me so deeply that my eyes rolled.
I leaned down, brushing my lips over his mouth, teasing him with my tongue. But it wasn’t enough for him. One of his hands was buried in my hair, his fingers sliding along the side of my neck as he captured my lips in a bruising kiss.
I would never, ever get enough of this. Him. The way he unleashed himself on me. All power and skill. Aiden Dumfries wasn’t only the star player for the Lakeshore U Lakers, he was the star of every one of my fantasies come true.
“You going to come for me, freckles? Show me how much you love riding my dick?” He gathered my hair in his fist as I rode him harder… faster, pushing us both toward the precipice.
My hands smoothed over his chest, loving how his taut muscles contracted under my touch. “God, Aiden, it’s…” I swallowed, sweat coating my skin.
“Fuck, Dayna, just like that.” I clenched around him, grinding down on him. “Fuuuuck,” he choked out as an intense wave of pleasure crashed over me.
“Aiden,” I cried, everything inside me going tight and loose simultaneously.
“Fuck,” he ground out, tensing beneath me as he came hard. “So fucking good.” He kissed me, softer this time, and I melted against him, resting my head on his shoulder.
His hands stroked up and down my spine as we lay there.
“This is nice,” I said.
“A beautiful girl. Hot as fuck sex. I’m not complaining.”
