“Your secret is safe with me.” Then she turns and exits the bathroom.
“Fuck.”
Staying a few extra seconds, I make sure to clean up my face and get my breathing under control. Just when I think I’ve finally gotten myself together, I exit the bathroom and make it back to the bar. I can see our table from here, across the room. Corbin and Kira are gone. Not surprised. She probably told him they were leaving. Not like he’d care; Sin isn’t speaking to him anyway.
I catch sight of Sin sitting there, sipping on a beer, the same one since we got here. It’s got to be warm by now. And I’m also not surprised to see the queen bitch herself standing right there. Her hands on the table as she’s leaning over, her tits in his face. Again. Just like in the video.
What I am surprised about is the way he looks up at her. It’s with hatred. How he used to look at me. Back before he found out what I whore I really am.
Any normal person would know that this thought process isn’t healthy or rational. But it’s how I think. I love the Sin that doesn’t give a fuck. That he holds you down and wants to mark you. I don’t want a man who is afraid to break me. And I thought that was him. I was wrong.
I spin around to rush out the exit and hit a hard body. “Sorry.” Looking up, I sigh. Not again.
“I feel like you’re doing that on purpose.” Marcus laughs. His eyes drop to my hands and then frowns. “Where’s your drink?”
“Don’t have one,” I shout over the music.
“Well, that won’t do.” I let him grab my arm and pull me over to the bar, knowing I’m going to piss Sin off and not giving a fuck.
CHAPTER THIRTY-FIVE
SIN
“YOU NEVER CALLED me back today.” Amelia arches a brow.
“Been busy.”
She plops down beside me, and I scoot over to put some space between us. Honestly, if Elli sees this, I expect a beer bottle to go flying toward my head. The thought makes me smile. I like it when she’s in a mood. It’ll just make what I have planned on doing to her later when we get home even better. I love when she makes me take it.
“You’re wasting your time with her.”
Her words get my attention and I turn my head to face her but say nothing.
My silence just aggravates her even more. “She’s not good for you.” Her hand falls on my inner thigh and she leans over to place her lips by my ear. The new position giving me a direct line of sight to the bar.
I see the back of Elli standing there with a drink in her hand. My teeth clench when I see the guy next to her, his hand on her lower back, at the top of her ass. They’re laughing. He pulls away, reaches into his pocket, and pulls out something. She opens her fist, and he drops it in. Then she turns around and takes the shot that the bartender sets down in front of her.
“Let’s get out of here. Go to my place. I want you to tie me to my bed this time and fuck me.” I hear words being spoken in my ear, but I can’t acknowledge Amelia. Or look away from my little demon letting another man put his hands all over her.
What in the fuck does she think she’s doing?
A hand gets my attention and I realize that Amelia’s practically sitting on top of me. Her hands rubbing my cock. I’m not even hard. And she’s licking my ear.
Reaching down, I grab her wrists. She whimpers, trying to pull back, but my free hand grips her chin, holding it in place. “Touch me again and I’ll break your fucking hand. Do you understand?”
“Sin.” She gasps. “You’re hurting me.”
To further my point, I tighten my grip and she screams. But we’re in a fucking club, no one is even looking back over at us.
“Sin…” She sniffs, adjusting in her seat. “I’m serious.” Tears fill her eyes.
“I’m fucking serious,” I growl through gritted teeth. “When I want you again, I’ll call you.” Then I shove her out of the booth and onto her ass.
A few girls try to help her up, but she pushes them away and runs off crying.
I get out of the booth and make my way to the bar, wondering what in the fuck Elli thinks she’s doing.
Coming up to the bar, I look around and don’t see her, but I do see the guy she was talking to. I recognize him. His brother plays football at Barrington. “What’s up, Marcus?” I get his attention.
