Tate smiled down at me. “That’s good to hear.” He slipped out of me. “I’m going to get cleaned up.”
“Okay. I’m not done here.” I wrapped a hand around Byron’s dick and felt Eric’s large hands caressing my thighs as he took Tate’s place behind me. I glanced around the room with a frown. “Where’s Harris?”
“Basting,” Byron responded.
“Harris!” I shouted at the top of my lungs.
“All right, baby, all right. You don’t want lunch to be ruined, do you?” Harris snapped as he rushed back into the room, his cock still gloriously hard.
“No, but I don’t want that hard dick to go to waste, either.” I reached out to him, and once I had his meat in my hand, I slid my mouth over Byron.
Byron’s fingers traced my cheek. “Merry Christmas, Louisa.”
Eric moaned loud and proud as he pushed his girth inside me. “Merry Christmas, all right.”
I was looking forward to many more like this.
ChapterTwenty-Two
Tate
Six days later …
“You want to take me to Mombasa?” Blaise raised his eyebrows at me as we both consumed pre-party drinks in the living room of my London home.
I paced casually in front of the Christmas tree and swirled the non-alcoholic cider around inside the crystal tumbler I held. “There’s a project there that I’m interested in overseeing for a while, and I’d like to take you with me. You’re family, and Rawlins Industries will always be a family business, and I honestly think you have what it takes to survive and thrive in this business.”
“That is a sure thing, Tate. I thank you for this opportunity, and I would love to take you up on it. What of my position here in London?”
I lifted my shoulders in a shrug. “What of it? If you would rather work for the likes of Roger than me, the company’s owner, then, by all means, stay here in the cold, rainy London with the stuff-shirts. If you would rather the sunny coastal region of Kenya that’s less than an hour from one of the most vibrant and diverse cities in the world, I’m offering you the job along with free accommodation in a secluded, luxury property right by the beach.”
Blaise lifted the glass to his lips and took a slow sip. Then he licked his lips as he lowered it again. “Okay, you make a compelling argument for the living conditions. What’s the project?”
“We’re working with the local government to build the country’s first high-speed railway. Imagine cutting the travel time from Nairobi to Mombasa in half. By the time our project is finished, we will have provided thousands of local people with jobs both in construction, engineering, and even office jobs. I want to be there for the start of the project, and I want you and Moëlle there as well. It would be the perfect training ground for her.”
Blaise narrowed his eyes and rubbed his fingertips over his stubble. His gaze stared off into nowhere, and I waited patiently for his answer, confident he would say yes.
“What would the pay be like?”
“Generous, of course. More than you’d get here.”
“Really?” He was playing it cool, but I could see straight through him.
“You’d be my righthand man. Of course, it will be.”
My cousin chewed on his lower lip, then smirked at me. “Free accommodation and a raise. It seems almost too good to be true. But I know you, Tate, and I know you’re a brilliant businessman with strong integrity. So, I know you’re not trying to fool me.”
“I wouldn’t dream of it.”
Blaise drained his drink, then set the tumbler on the coffee table with a resounding thud and got to his feet. He reached out and shook my hand. “It sounds like a good deal, cousin. It is an opportunity too good to pass up. I will happily come to Kenya with you.”
A screeching yelp sounded from the cell phone sitting on the coffee table. “Of course, I will sayoui, also! This is the opportunity of a lifetime, Tate! Thank you, thank you.Maman, have Loretta pack my bags. I am moving to Mombasa.”
Blaise chuckled. “It seems Moëlle is excited too. Moëlle!” He snapped, frowning down at the device. “What have I told you about keeping your calm during a deal?”
“Excusez moifor being excited about my future, Blaise. Besides, Tate is family.”
I hadn’t known Moëlle for years and even I could envision her rolling her eyes at her older brother.
