“Plenty,” Harris said, his eyes roaming the area before landing right back on me.

I grinned, and a smile spread across his face.

Harris slowly swiped his thumb along my bottom lip as he held my gaze in that intense way he had. He looked as though he was going to kiss me, but instead, he allowed the smile to drop from his lips and turned to address his buddy. “Simon? Let’s talk to Mr. Tuck about making an offer.”

Simon straightened his suit jacket. “Sounds good to me.” He gestured for Harris to lead the way, and my boyfriend left me desperate for him.

Once the negotiations were done and initial papers were signed, we said goodbye to Simon and Mr. Tuck, and Harris promised to meet with his friend over a pint on the night of Sienna’s charity ball.

“I’m so proud of you, Harris,” I murmured as we meandered back across the footbridge.

“You are?”

“Yes. I love how driven you are. You aren’t afraid to take risks in business or your personal life. I love that you’re going into a partnership with your old mentor.”

“It’s not a partnership. He’s working for me as my head chef and manager. He’ll be my London eyes and ears, but ultimately, I’m his boss.”

I adjusted my stylish black winter gloves. “Still, it’s something I admire about you. If I had half of your nerve, I… I wouldn’t have spent three years of my life hiding away.”

Harris studied me closely and frowned at the self-doubt in my tone. He stopped me in my tracks and pulled me close. “Don’t discount yourself. Here you are, a soon-to-be fully graduated zoologist, hand-chosen by your professor, out of your entire class to volunteer at an elephant rescue in Kenya. Your passion for helping animals is admirable. Your tenacity is fucking sexy. Your compassion and ability to love as deeply as you do is what keeps me wanting to do my best to be the man you deserve.”

“Seems I like saving all manner of creatures.” I smiled up at him as I alluded to all the times I’d stuck by Harris, even when he’d sunk to dark places. When, only a couple of months ago, I’d found him in an illegal fighting ring and begged for him to stop.

“It’s something you excel at, baby.”Harris captured my mouth, and it took only an instant before I was lost in him. His tongue mingled with mine, drawing a moan from me and spreading a need through my body. The chill of the London air and the heat rising inside me created a storm within that I wanted to revel in.

“Take me home. Make me warm.” I shivered.

“You don’t have to ask me twice.” Harris took my hand and tugged me along with him. “I wish it wasn’t so damn far to get back to the house.”

“Think of how badly I’ll want you by the time we get there.”

Harris quickened his pace, causing me to jog to keep up with him. I couldn’t help the coquettish giggle that tumbled out of my mouth.

ChapterSix

Louisa

Desperate with the need pulsing through me to be released, I stumbled up the stairs as I tore off layers and layers of clothing.

The jangling of Harris’ belt told me he was doing the same.

Our hands grappled as we kissed fiercely—seeking, caressing, fondling.

Harris spun me around and nibbled my neck as he pushed me into the living room.

When he bent me over the back of the low-line white armchair, I noticed Tate sitting on the matching couch, reading a newspaper. I didn’t have time to respond to him as Harris stepped up behind me, tugged on my hair, and pulled me onto his waiting cock.

Tate calmly folded the paper and set it aside as I cried out at the welcome invasion of my body. Leaning back, he rested his arms across the back of the lounge and held my gaze as Harris fucked me relentlessly. I gripped my bottom lip between my teeth as my body responded to the onslaught, never taking my eyes off my king, who held me hypnotically in his gaze.

My head began to go fuzzy as my orgasm rolled through me, and I cried out when my pussy clenched around Harris.

Harris stilled his movements, waiting me out, and I felt his fingernails scratch the backs of my thighs. “God, you’re trembling, baby. Just the way I like you.”

Tate removed the lid off a crockery decoration in the middle of the coffee table, but I was too distracted to see what he was doing. A shiver of anticipation rolled through me when he rose from his seat, and the flash of a foil packet caught my eye.

Harris began moving inside me again as his older brother stalked across to us.

The dark depths of Tate’s desire in his eyes as he stood in front of me made my breath catch, then he pushed his thumb into my mouth. Without hesitation, my lips closed around it, and I bit down.
