"That's all you get until you beg me for more."

"Beg?" she whispered.

I smiled devilishly.

"I want to hear how much you want me," I told her darkly.

"I don't beg," she gave back, a smile on her lips.

"We will see about that."

She just continued to smile as I backed away a bit. She hungrily watched me, as I walked back to my spot by the wall. Lara had fire. I did not doubt that, and now it wasn't fueling her resentment towards me, it was being used for a much better purpose. I wasn't complaining one bit though, but she did make it hard for me to stay in my spot, when all I wanted was to go over there, push her down on her bed, shred her clothes and make her come on my tongue, before I sank my cock deep inside of her, making sure there was no doubt whom she belonged to.

Patience, I told myself.

I had to be a little more patient. Lara was still a runner, and I wasn't so sure, something wouldn't spook her or maybe this was all a well-crafted plan? I didn't really believe it. I had been listening to her heartbeat the whole time. Though it did rise, as I kissed her, it remained quite steady, and the look in her eyes was enough of an indication that it wasn't me she wanted to run from.

"You do know what will happen now that you are mine?" I asked.

"I don't see a mark on my shoulder," she teased me and turned her head to glance at her shoulder.

I growled a little at her teasing because she was challenging me.

"Still scared they will come for us?" I asked.

She turned serious in seconds, and then thought over my question for a little while before saying:

"Yes."

"Good," I said and smiled a little.

She returned the smile only for a moment.

"But that doesn't mean I will let it scare me away," she said and got up from the bed. "I have never felt more certain that I want to be here. I have always looked out for myself, but I am tired of it. I am tired of always having to run. I want to live my life, and I want to live it at your side."

My heart started to beat faster from her words. She had been so damn determined to get away from me, from the very second, we met, but now she was finally seeing that where she belonged was right here, and it made me happier than I could say.

She walked closer to me, placing herself only inches from me, before reaching up with one of her hands, placing it on my chest, and running it down slowly, only to let it land on my belt and hooking a finger inside, pulling me closer, or I let her pull me closer. She couldn't really move me.

"What do you want, little wolf?" I asked her.

"You," she easily said.

I smiled, loving to hear her say it, but I wasn't hearing her beg.

"That's good," I just said and kissed her forehead shortly, before grabbing my guns and going around her.

She stood there stunned, as she turned and watched me. I quickly walked to my walk-in closet where I put my guns safely away. I never left without them. I saw her place herself in the doorway in the mirror, and I smiled, as I saw her stand there and pout.

"I say I want you, and you walk away?" she asked.

"Doesn't feel good, does it?" I teased her.

"Oh, is this another one of your punishments?"

Her fire was feeding her frustration, and it was almost too much fun to watch, but I just smiled a little and turned around, meeting her eyes.

"Do you want it to be?" I asked.
