Corey inhaled a deep breath. “It wouldn’t be on purpose.”
“Did you hear what I just said?”
He nodded. “I heard you, man. Damn. You sound like my pops.”
“You should sound like him. Pay attention.”
“Let’s stay in touch.”
DeAndre grinned. “You don’t want to hang around me. I might be giving you life lessons constantly, and before you know it, I’ll be your mentor.”
“I don’t see a thing wrong with that. I could learn from you.”
DeAndre stared at him, slipped his hand inside his shirt's top pocket, and handed him a business card.
Corey nodded, a smile spreading across his face. “I’ll talk to you soon.”
“Alright. Take it easy.” DeAndre turned to leave when Corey spoke again.
“Aye, man.” He lowered his voice as DeAndre turned back, a curious expression in his eyes. “Do you know anything about drug enhancements for….” His voice dropped even more. “You know, down there?”
DeAndre’s brows rose, and he grimaced. “No. I don’t. But maybe you should ask your doctor about it.”
Corey nodded, then smiled. “It’s all good. I’m enough for her as it is, you know.”
DeAndre peered at Corey. “I’m not so sure.” He chuckled. “But if you’re serious, ask your doctor. Don’t be embarrassed about it. Some men have little dicks. It’s okay.”
He slapped him on the shoulder and strolled off, leaving Corey to raise his voice behind him.
“Nall, man! It’s nothing like that!”
DeAndre threw his hand up, a smile on his face as he exited the lounge.

Avery
She took the beef stew off the stove and sat it to the side as the front door slammed. Avery’s mouth spread into a smile, knowing it was her husband’s presence that made her heart beat faster.
From memory, she traced his steps. “Foyer… keys in the bowl. Hallway… passed the sitting area.” She giggled. “Kitchen.”
A shadow covered her, and warm arms slipped around her waist, drawing her into a solid torso. A waft of Clive Christian cologne floated to her nose then she turned her eyes over her shoulder, met with a soft, warm pair of lips. His beard tickled her chin.
“Mmmmm.” Avery closed her eyes, inhaled his breath, and sucked his tongue. Her pussy thumped, and her grip on the spatula loosened.
“I’ve missed you all day,” DeAndre murmured.
“You saw me before you left for work, remember?”
“And still, I missed you all day.”
A giggle flew from her lips. “I started to surprise you today with lunch.”
DeAndre pulled back. “What happened?”
“I know you’re busy working on a new mechanism, so I decided not to.”
“Lunch is free time. You wouldn’t be interrupting a thing.”
