“Are you sure?”
“I’m positive.”
Corinne nodded. “Okay. Tomorrow.”
“I’ll see you and Pharaoh at nine pm?”
“Yes.”
Daniella reached for the keypad and tapped a few buttons. The elevator doors shut and descended back to the first floor. The door to the security room Xavier sat in opened as if unlocked by prompt.
That was his cue. He rose from the chair and met them at the entrance.
Corinne shyly glanced up at her husband. “We’re coming back tomorrow.”
Xavier’s brows rose. “Tomorrow?”
“Yes. Let’s play a game.”

Corinne
She was relaxed in the passenger seat, staring at Xavier as he navigated the streets of Atlanta. He glanced at her and winked, and she blew him a kiss.
“I love you,” she said.
“I love you too, Bella Anima.”
Her face was filled with brightness, a smile elevating her lips.
“Are you hungry?”
“I could use something to eat. Nothing big.” She slipped her hand into his, linking their fingers as he used one hand to steer.
Xavier glanced at her again, his gaze driving down her form before returning to the road. “What are you in the mood for?”
“You.”
He dropped his gaze to her once more. “Okay, then we go back to the Four Seasons.”
Corinne laughed. “We can go there and order room service, but I think if we wait until tomorrow, the passion play at The Den will ignite our intimacy."
“Do you now….”
“Yes. I do think so.”
Xavier sucked his teeth, taking his eyes back to the road. “You seem sure of that. Do you want to talk about your experience tonight?”
She opened her mouth and hesitated. “I um…. You were watching, weren’t you?”
“Yes. But you never made it to any of the rooms. Why?”
Corinne swallowed and scratched the back of her neck. “Daniella.”
Xavier’s brows rose. “What about her?”
“I think I fed off her energy tonight.”
