I giggle. “Yes. We’re perfect.”

“Yeah, that’s true. So, how about another epic round?”

“Sure, but this time, I’m in charge.” I push him over on his back.

Aiden looks at me with a surprised smirk while I throw my legs over and straddle him.

My body’s aching from our nonstop lovemaking.

Aiden’s lying on his stomach, sound asleep, his head buried deep in the soft pillow. I trace circles all the way up his spine, and he twitches under my touch but doesn’t wake. So, I increase the pace, virtually tickling him awake.

Eventually, Aiden lifts his head abruptly and stares at me with that dazed what-the look. “Morning, beautiful,” he murmurs with a smirk.

“Morning, babe,” I reply.

Yawning, he pulls himself up and sits on the bed. “Someone’s cheery this morning.”

I lean over kissing him, even though every muscle in my body is aching and screaming at me to just lie still.

“I guess we should get ready for work.” But Aiden’s tone is sullen.

Frowning, I poke out my bottom lip. Leaning in, he gently bites it, then kisses me. After a few intimate moments, we start to move about.

Honestly, my legs feel like Jell-O as I amble to the bathroom. Aiden laughs as I hobble around getting dressed. As soon as we are ready, we head out for breakfast.

Sarah and Chris watch me with their eyebrows raised and both smirking as I shuffle past them.

“It sounded and looks like you guys had a great night?” Chris laughs.

I sit down, my face reddening.

Oh shit! They heard us. How embarrassing!

“Chris,” Sarah yells, giving him the shut-up glare.

Aiden grins while I sit in silence.

“Oh, c’mon, we’re all adults here,?

?? Chris mocks.

“I know I had a great night. Didn’t you, Sarah?” Chris asks, raising his eyebrows.

Sarah sighs with a dreamy look on her face. “Yes. My night was pretty amazing, too,” she plays along.

“My night was… epic.” Aiden laughs.

“So we heard,” Chris says.

I’m sure my entire body is blushing.

“I know you hear Sarah and me all the time. At least now we’re even,” Chris adds jokingly.

I laugh because he’s right, we do hear them all the time.

Aiden rests his hand on my knee. “Mike’s probably here,” Aiden changes the subject, saving me from any further embarrassment.

“Have a good day, guys,” Sarah calls out as we walk the hallway.
