Page 30 of Mistakes

“You have a condom, right?” she asked.

“Yes, I have a condom.” He moved back, grabbing his jeans, rummaging around in them, pulling out his wallet, and taking out a single condom. “My dad makes me keep a spare one. After, you know.”

She smiled. “He doesn’t want to be a grandpa yet?”

“No. I doubt he’ll ever be ready. I’m sure he just sees meas a fuck-up. Who in their right mind would want me to be their daddy?”

He said it with a smile on his face, but Luna’s heart broke for him.

“You’re not a fuck-up,” Luna said.

“Look what I did to us.”

She moved to her knees in front of him, cupping his face. “If I’m not going to keep bringing up the past, it means you don’t get to either.” She pressed her forehead to his. “You’re not a fuck-up. We all make mistakes. All of us, including me.” She kissed his lips. “Now, are you going to fuck me or are we going back into your pity party?”

All of a sudden, Matthew caught her around the waist and pulled her down to the floor.

She gasped and laughed, but then he pushed her legs open, and she felt the hard ridge of his cock press toward her core. The tip of him slipped between her slit, nudging her clit.

“Condom,” she said. He couldn’t forget the condom.

“I won’t get you pregnant doing this. Do you like it?” he asked.

“Yes.”

“Good. I want you to like it. I want you to crave it.”

A whimper escaped her as he began to stroke through her sex, nudging her clit with each thrust.

“That’s it, Luna. Do you want me?” he asked.

“Yes.”

He pulled back, and she watched as he tore into the condom, sliding the latex over his cock. Matthew was bigger than she remembered. Longer and thicker. Every part of him was bigger.

One of his hands went beside her head, and the other reached down between them.

Luna stared up at him, knowing there wouldn’t be anypain.

He nudged her clit once and then slid down. Once she did this, there was no turning back. Not for either of them.

Her heart raced, and it was on the tip of her tongue to tell him to stop, but she just couldn’t bring herself to form the words. They weren’t coming out.

Matthew sat poised at her entrance, not quite penetrating. He looked into her eyes, and Luna stared back at him. She had fallen in love with him so long ago. Even before they started tutoring. She had never told him that. Never confessed that she would often watch him as he walked down the corridor or when he sat in front of her in class. Everyone looked at him like he was some thing to be afraid of because of who his dad was, but she knew there was more to him than the biker club.

She hadn’t verged on stalking like he had, but it had been pretty damn close. Being asked to tutor him had terrified her until she finally got to know him. Then, she had looked forward to their time together. Everything had been going great—until the sex.

The sex ruined everything.

Matthew slammed to the hilt inside her, and unlike before, there was no pain, just intense, hot pleasure. A cry fell from her lips, and she felt him instantly tense.

“Shit. Fuck. I’ve done it again, haven’t I? I’ve hurt you.”

“I’m not hurt.” She covered his mouth, trying to get him to shut up. “I’m not hurt. Not— It took me. It feels good, Matthew.”

“Don’t lie to me.”

“I’m not lying. This feels good. So good.”
