A scowl replaced her grin. Her brown hair brushed my arms as she eased down on the porch next to me. “Why so pissed?”

My two fathers tried to rape and kill the love of my life and died in the process. My unborn child was dead because of my pathetic excuse of a mother. She is now on the run and I have to hunt her down to off her. And my ol’lady, the only good person in my life that hasn’t been tainted by blood, has turned killer overnight and has been in a fucking coma since.

“Go back to your friends.”

“I have something better in mind.” She got on her knees.

When her hands touched my thighs, I slapped off her wrists. “What the fuck? Just go.”

“What?” She looked like she was about to cry.

“You heard me, bitch. The next time I slap you it will be on your fucking cunt face. Go!”

Tears pricked her brown eyes as she collected herself up and ran back to the bonfire. I hated it when I had to pull something like this, but sometimes it was the only way to keep them the fuck off.

“Don’t blubber, darling. Dusty only has cock for Sleeping Beauty,” Serena said, Chain motorboating her.

Sucking in the last breath of this joint, I gestured for her to come here with my index finger. She stood so fast Chain fell to his side.

Unbothered to cover her tits, she hurried to me. “You need anything, Dusty?” she asked seductively, her pink nipples as hard as pebbles. She thrust her chest up for a better view, her flesh red. Her shoulders and jaws were tense, though, and I could easily hear the fear in her voice. She must have been recalling our last encounter when Beth had sent her to my room to make me forget all about Cammie.

“Get on your knees,” I ordered, throwing away the joint butt.

A sparkle hit her green eyes. Her bright red lips stretched from ear to ear as her knees rested between my feet.

“Way to go, Serena. Service Prez good. Get him the fuck out of the monastery,” someone yelled, and laughter flew in the air.

She reached for my belt, her dirty blonde hair touching my jeans. “My pleasure.”

I smirked at her. “Where’s Beth, Serena?”

Her hands stopped midway. “What?”

“I get she was in a hurry running for her life to take her bitches with her. But you’re her favorite.” I leaned forward, holding her gaze so she knew I wasn’t fucking around. “She must have told you something, gave you a name or a number to call in case you needed her.”

Blood slid from her face, leaving her as white as the dead. “She left without a word or a warning. We woke up and found her gone just like you.”

I yanked hard at her hair, straining her neck backwards. She gasped and moaned in pain. “Dusty, I work for the Night Skulls, not for Mama. I’m your girl. I already told you I don’t know shit. I’d never lie to you.”

“You lie for a living, you whore.” I pulled her hair so hard I felt some of it come off in my grip. Then I got my knife out and ran its flat side on her cheek. “Maybe a nice scar on this pretty face will get you speaking.”

“I’m your best working girl here, Prez. A scar would put me out of business.Yourbusiness,” she whimpered.

“And I’d do it with a huge fucking smile. Start singing, bitch.”

“You know better than anyone Mama never cared about anyone here but you. Why would she care about me or any of the girls?” Black tears ruined her makeup and smudged the sides of her contorting face. “I don’t know shit, I swear. I already told you I don’t know shit,” she wheezed.

I put the knife back in my boot and pushed her head up toward me. “Fine. Hear this out, though. If I ever find out you do know shit or I do as much as suspect you’re sniffing around for Beth or catch a glimpse of you near my room for any reason, you’re dead. You hear me?”

She nodded, trembling, her eyes squeezing.

I yanked at her hair again. “Can’t hear you.”

“Yes! Yes, Dusty,” she whimpered.

I let go of her. “Now be a good bitch and spread the word. Don’t wanna run around shooting club whores now.” I winked at her and smacked her ass. “It’s bad for business.”

She tripped over the porch as she darted away from me. The back of her hand was wiping her face as she got off the steps. Then she disappeared in the woods.
