“I wasn’t insulting them,” he says.

I glance over at him. “I know. It just must be a culture shock.”

“It’s different. I like it.”

I look at him skeptically but decide to let it go. He’s a big boy. He can handle himself around them.

“I’m going to shower and then go downstairs and chill for a bit. Want to join?”

“Join you in the shower?” Whit asks with a slight smirk.

“Fuck you,” I mutter and grab my sweats and boxers. Trying to pretend that the idea of him wet and naked doesn’t do things to me.

“And just so you know, when you fuck me, I will not scream.”

“When?” Whit asks, and I flush, stalking past him.

What the hell was I thinking saying that?

“See you downstairs,” Whit calls out as I disappear into the bathroom.

When I’m done, I find Whit downstairs sipping on a beer. He’s changed into black pajama bottoms but kept his dark grey Henley on. On the other hand, I'm clad only in my grey sweats and nothing else. Even my feet are bare.

“Started without me?” I ask, rubbing at my stomach and looking around the room.

My uncle is nearly lying down in his recliner. Sem and Luke lounge side by side on the couch, leaving me nowhere to sit.

“One of you should move onto the floor,” I say, and they ignore me.

“Just sit on his lap like before,” Sem says, handing me a beer.

I grab it and then look at Whit, who slightly spreads his legs.

Oh, fuck it all.

“Fine,” I mutter and then lower myself onto his lap. I open the beer and set the cap on the end table.

“I see you respect your aunt’s space,” Whit says softly, and I nudge him with my elbow.

He huffs at the contact, and I settle against him. I take a long sip of the cool beer, and it slides down my throat as I try and ignore how good his thighs feel against mine.

But it’s impossible. And then, to top it off, Whit’s hand moves onto my stomach, and his dry, warm palm just rests there. Against my bare skin.

Oh shit.

My cock perks up, and I shift slightly in his lap. Sem and Luke will not let me live this down if they see me standing at attention.

“So, Del tells me you two have been together a while,” my uncle says, and I glance at Whit, who just rolls his lips between teeth.

“I don’t know where you’re getting this information,” I mutter.

My uncle eyes the two of us and then says, “Just didn’t know you were gay, son. Although I did wonder.”

“Wonder about what?” I ask.

My uncle shrugs, glancing at the TV. “Just if you weren’t interested in girls. Makes sense now. You’re interested in men.

I sigh. “I’m not gay.”
