Page 13 of 100 Percent Spoiled

I open the box to find the diamond earrings I said I liked in passing when we were out window-shopping last weekend. My eyes fill with happy tears and I throw my arms around my generous husband.

“You shouldn’t have,” I say, kissing him all over his face.

He laughs, holding out his hand. “Okay, then give them back.”

“Ha ha,” I say, falling backwards and pulling him with me. I run my hands over his shoulders and sigh when he kisses my neck. “You know I never want you to stop spoiling me.”

He looks into my eyes, his own filled with all the love in his heart. “I never will, baby.”
