Viper’s eyes narrowed. “Oz, what did you do?”
“He wanted his orders followed so I gave him an army of killer robots to command.” I shrugged. “They might also now believe they are his pets. What? Hasn’t Reaper always wanted a cybernetic dog or twenty?”
Brone doubled over, laughter shaking his frame. “I have to see this,” he wheezed.
“Get your asses to my location now! Do you hear me?” A chorus of laughter rang out from the other end of the comm.
I gestured towards the door Brone had run through. “You heard the leader of the cyborg rebellion! Get moving!”
Viper leaned over, finding my ear, and whispered,” He’s going to kill you.”
“Naw. He’ll see how fun they’ll be! Just you wait!”
At least I hoped so.
