“Helping you with your clothes. Take off your panties.”

“Here?” My question squeaked out. We sat higher than most everyone else, and it was dark in the cab, but we were still crawling slower than foot traffic, and surrounded by people. So why did the command spread through me on a rush of desire?

Jax slipped his hand under my skirt, to brush my bare skin. He trailed his fingers up the inside of my leg. “Unless you want to wait until we’re closer.”

I could tell themno. But my heart slammed against my ribs with the need to see where this went. I tried to be discreet about lifting my butt off the seat, and both of their touches fell away. It took inching the slits of my dress up over my hips to grasp the elastic of my panties and slide them down my legs. Stretchy-sparkly dress for the win.

I slipped the underwear off my legs. The instant I straightened in my seat again, Grayson tugged the lacy clothing from my hands and shoved it in his pocket.

“For safe keeping.” The gruffness in his voice was like desire gliding over me.

And then Jax’s hand was back under my dress, as he teased his fingers along my bare mound. Could anyone see? Did I care? His touch was light and playful, slipping easily along my skin and between my folds. I half-closed my eyes, falling into the sensation, as he glided closer to my opening.

When his touch fell away, my eyes flew open. We were at the valet station, and Jax was sucking on his fingers.

A groan bubbled inside and I swallowed it. Fuck me. No really. Here. Now. I didn’t care who saw.

Jax helped me from the truck as though nothing out of the ordinary had happened.

Grayson joined us. “You didn’t save any for me.”

Jax stuck two fingers in Grayson’s mouth. This time a whimper did escape my throat, earning me a pair of satisfied smirks. Would my magical dress hide any wet spots? Because it would need to if this kept up.

We headed inside. Limitless lights and trees and ornaments greeted us, brightening the hotel and the various conference rooms on the mail floor. RinCon during the day was for the fans and press. The big games rolled out. The demos happened. At night, in the multitude of vendor-sponsored rooms with open bars and buffets, the business deals were churned out.

People were just starting to trickle in, but Jax and everyone in sales would be here to mingle and eavesdrop and spread goodwill.

And I was wandering through these crowds of businesspeople with no panties on. It was insane and I was so turned on, I wasn’t sure I could talk without bursting into giggles if anyone addressed me.

“Hey, guys.” Chase’s voice cut through every layer of haze in my head.

Talk about an arousal killer. I turned to face him, and gave my brother a smile.

“You here for work?” Chase asked me.

“Exactly the opposite.” I was going to give him as close to the truth as I could without saying,Did you have any idea how fuckably hot your friends are?“I’m stressed about my latest video, so they’re distracting me.”

He furrowed his brow, and I could almost hear the gears turning in his head. “I’m not used to seeing the two of you getting along so well.” He was talking about Jax.

“Help a woman move her mattress, and the dynamic changes. That’s just the way things work.” Jax’s reply was smooth and without hesitation.

I was grateful we’d agreed to discretion. I’d have to apologize later for the fit I threw about their original request.

“Uh-huh,” Chase said flatly.

Grayson tangled his fingers with Jax’s. “Personally I’m glad they’re finally acting civil around each other. How have you lived for years with the awkward tension they generate when they’re in the same room?”

“Hughes.” Someone called Chase from across the room.

He glanced at us one more time, shook his head, then trotted off to catch up with the guy who summoned him.

“Just so you know, that wasn’t because you’re a dirty secret.” Jax moved his free hand to the small of my back, his voice so low only we would hear. “All three of us—you have an equal say—need to be on the same page when we tell people.”

Tell people. His statement added a reality filter to an erotically surreal situation, and my thoughts revolted. “What is there to tell?”

“Part of what we’d discuss. When we’re not in the middle of a crowd of software company execs,” Grayson said.

I didn’t have an argument. Whatwerewe doing? I reached for Grayson’s sleeve, to tug them aside and ask. Despite what he said, now was as good a time as any to talk.
