Finn chuckled. “It’s early.” He pulled me down and claimed my lips and rolled me over onto my back. He looked into my eyes and asked, “What are you thinking?”
“That every time I think I can’t get any happier, you prove me wrong.”
“I love you, Reesa,” he said. I pulled him down to me and said, “Is breá liom tú.”
He looked shocked. “When did you learn to say I love you in Irish?
“It’s what I’ve been doing while I thought you were at the hospital.”
“Guess I’m not the only one full of surprises,” he said.
“If you stop talking long enough to make love to me, you might find I have more,” I responded.
He smiled, then claimed my lips.
