As soon as I am done with Raven’s Zoe hands her phone over.
“I hope I never have to use this.”
Two weeks. I have to use the app after two weeks!

The teacher is going on about something that he has covered before, but he swears that it's important and will be on the end-of-year exam, so when my phone starts to ring, I hit the silence button and lay it face down on my desk. The end of the year is so close, I hate the idea of failing this test and letting my GPA drop.
The call goes to voice mail but immediately starts to ring again. I sigh and flip it over. Raven knows that I am in class right now and the only reason that she would call me more than once is if something is wrong. I simultaneously get a text from her ‘911!’
“Shit,” I mutter, shoving all of my stuff into my bag, and racing out of the room. As soon as I am out of the door I call her back, she is frantic when she answers.
“I was supposed to be meeting Zoe after I got out of class but when I got here,” her voice shakes and I know she is crying “Finley! She isn’t here. She isn’t answering and the clerk said that she left with a guy!”
“I will be right there!” I take off toward the coffee shop and happen to see Lex outside of one of the buildings on my way.
“LEX! Follow me!” Trusting that he is following me, I keep moving. I try to pull up her tracker while I run but juggling my bag with my stuff and getting my phone open isn’t working.
“Here,” he pulls the bag from my shoulder and just the relief of it not bouncing around allows me to open her tracker and see that she isn’t on campus.
Raven is sitting at one of the tables crying when Lex and I bust through the door.
“Who is he?”
“He is with me, Raven she isn’t on campus.”
“You do something! Call your people or his people or something but the police won’t do anything, so you have to! YOU have to do something Finley!”
Lex gets on the phone as do I.
The face of all three guys pops up on my phone and they look concerned. “Zoe is gone. I put that tracker on her phone, and she isn’t on campus. She wouldn’t have left without telling one of us. She knows I am tracking her. I am sending you the address. Go get her. Hurry.”
Lex reads the address off my phone to whoever he is talking to and within 2 minutes I hear motorcycles. A lot of them. Way more of them than should have been this close to campus.
I push past the girl trying to get in the door as 10 motorcycles pull up to stop right in front of the coffee shop. “Why are you here? Go to the address!” I yell at Scar.
“We have people going to the address. How long has she been gone?” Fuck. I don’t know. I didn’t ask that question. I didn’t ask any questions.
“2 hours, give or take half an hour.” Raven's voice is small but panicked. I pull her into my arms as she eyes the bikes, and the men on them.
Sadly, she isn’t the only one eyeing the bikes. Everyone that was on this side of campus knows that there is a group of gang members sitting on Greek row right now. Even some that are getting updates from the phones that are out. Before the end of the day everyone on campus—teachers included—will know that I am part of the MC.
“Can we go?” I ask Scar, tears rolling down my face.
“Yes. Get on.” I start to just swing my leg over and leave with them, but I stop and turn to Raven. “Get on with Bell.” She hesitates and my temper flairs, we don’t have time for this.
“Raven, you get on the bike, or you stay here with Lex.” I hold my helmet out to her and one of the prospects from the back rolls forward and pulls his off.
“Here, take mine, I have a small head.” I pull my helmet on and get on Scar’s bike, Raven doesn’t hesitate again. She thanks the guy, takes the helmet, and steps up beside Bell.
“It will be okay, squeeze with your knees and keep your chest against my back.” He shuts the tented visor on the helmet and opens the vents on the side.
He hid her face.
We drive through campus and out the other side, way faster than we should have. I am not even able to wrap my brain around the fact that the whole campus just saw me on the bike—I didn’t bother to hide my face—before we are pulling up to a basic apartment building that is flooded with cops. Tough is standing beside an ambulance talking to Sal, his knuckles are bloody and there is splatter on his face. I jump off the back of Scar’s bike before he even stops all the way, I stumble a little but my feet catch up while I haul ass toward them.
“What happened?” My voice shakes, he pulls me into his side and rubs a hand up and down my arm, my guys stay back a few steps with Raven.
