CHAPTER1

“How does it feel?”Rob asks.

Rob Blackwood. My boyfriend. Can I use that term? I think so. We don’t necessarily have to have labels.

“How does what feel?” I ask.

“Knowing you’re dating the hottest guy on campus,” he says with a lopsided grin.

I flare my nostrils and shake my head. “I don’t know about that,” I tease.

“If not me, then who?” he demands.

I bite my lower lip so I don’t laugh. He looks completely put out just from that innocuous comment.

Don’t get me wrong. Rob is hot with a capital H-O-T, but he isn’t the only hottest guy at Juniper College.

I make a show of looking up him and down. Longish black hair that I love to run my fingers through. Blue eyes that sparkle when he teases me and darkens when he wants me. Strong jawline. Stronger arms. A laugh that makes me laugh with him and a smile that makes my knees weak.

He’s my kryptonite.

“Well?” he prods.

I cover my mouth to hide a smile. “Ace.”

“Ace! Ace isn’t hotter than I am!”

“And here I thought you would agree with me.”

Rob scowls, his eyebrows lowering over his eyes. “Are you kidding me?”

“Ace has the darkest eyes that you can just stare into forever and get lost in…”

Rob looks ready to kill me.

I can’t help it anymore, and I burst out laughing.

“Don’t,” he says darkly. “Just don’t. You’re starting to sound like…”

“Like?” I prompt.

“Don’t worry about it. God, do you know how to make me all fired up.”

“Do I?” I ask innocently. We’re sitting at a restaurant, a fancier one at that, with low lighting. There are even curtains to the booth we could close if we want some privacy. They’re open for right now, but when I reach over to pat Rob’s leg, I realize it’s not his leg I’m patting after all, and maybe I should get up and shut the curtain after all.

“You know you do.” He nuzzles against my neck, and I shiver, delighting at his touch.

Rob and I had an amazing start. We met on a cruise ship, sparks were everywhere, and we ended up in bed together. A one-night stand. And then, I bumped into him on the first day of classes, and it was not a good reunion, not at first. He and his friends—including Ace—were bullies, his friends far worse than Rob. All four of them—Rob, Ace Granger, Gabe Pendleton, and Zac Stryker—are all Grim Reapers, a local motorcycle club. They think they're all the shit, that anything they say goes, that they can do what they want as well as whoever they want.

Lately, though, the guys have been better, but I've been avoiding Ace, Gabe, and Zac ever since Rob and I had sex in front of them. Never thought I would ever let anyone watch me have sex, but it had been kinda hot, and the guys seemed to enjoy it.

“What are you thinking about?” Rob asks, his voice husky.

I hesitate. If I tell him the truth, would he be weirded out that I'm thinking about a sexy time when his friends watched? Or would he just appreciate that I have sex on my mind?

Instead of saying anything, I reach over and, this time, deliberately rub his hard cock.

“Katie, fuck,” he mutters.
