RILEY
When I open my eyes, the sun is already blaring. Grayson and I stayed up until one in the morning talking. It was easy talking to him, like we had known each other our whole lives and we were simply catching up.
A knock on my Jeep door startles me and I sit up quickly.
“One second.” I tell whoever is bothering me this early in the morning. I glance to my phone and see that it is ten. Okay, so maybe not that early.
I unzip my tent door and peak my head out and the first thing I see are two coffee cups. I follow those to the man holding them.
“Morning sunshine. Thought you could use some coffee. I also brought muffins.”
I squint my eyes and turn my head slightly, glaring at him.
“What kind of muffins?” I ask suspiciously.
“Blueberry. With the sugar things on top.” A concerned smile crosses his face and I stare at him for a few more seconds, not giving anything away. I lift my chin slightly.
“And the coffee?” I add a little more snark.
WHEN YOU'RE READY

“I wasn’t sure, so I ordered a breakfast roast with cream and sugar.”
“I forgive you,” I say and nod my head once. I finish unzipping the tent and climb down the ladder.
“Forgive me? For bringing you nourishment?” I turn and step in front of him.
“For waking me up.” I grab a coffee from his hand and smile at him. “Thank you”
He shakes his head and follows me to the chairs. He passes me a muffin and I don’t waste any time devouring it.
“You ready for today?” he asks
“Oh yes.” I take a drink of my coffee. It’s delicious. “Where did you get these coffees? I didn’t see a coffee shop when I drove into town.”
“We don’t have regular coffee shops. It’s a little hut right before you get to the tracks, there on your right.”
“A hut?”
“Yeah. Like a tiny building. You pull up to it and order.”
“Interesting.” I’ve never seen a coffee “hut” before.
I drink down half my coffee and stand. “I’m going to get dressed. Should we leave our belongings here?”
“Yeah, actually. I was going to say, if you have keys, a wallet, or your phone we can lock them in my car, and I’ll give my keys to them. They keep everyone’s keys safe until the end.”
“Okay”

I search my duffel bag that holds my clothes and find a bathing suit, a pink tank top and some cute shorts that may or may not be skintight and show off my amazing ass.
