“What about everything with Cristiano’s grandfather?”
“I think that exists outside your relationship.”
Is she right?
I think of everything I went through with the guys and I hope she is.
Hoping is all I can do right now because everything is a mess.
“Come on, let’s get something to eat and hang out by the beach until you feel like you’re ready to go back.”
“I’d like that.”

I stare out at the horizon as the sun sets.
I just got back to the château. After a fantastic day with Paige, I’m not sure what to expect here.
When I go into the cottage and find the guys in the living room, hope sparks my heart. Cristiano is the first to come over to me.
“I—”
“Wait. Please,” he interrupts, brushing a finger over my cheek. “Before you say anything, I need to ask you what you want.”
“Me?” I point to myself.
“Yes. What do you want, Megan? We know we want you because we’re all in love with you, but we realize that might not be realistic or a life you want.”
I stare back at him in fascination, feeling my spirits lift.
“That is what I want. You. The three of you.” I look at each of them. “I love you all too. I know we haven’t known each other long, but that’s how I feel. All the time, we kept talking about us ending. I didn’t want it to end.”
“Then it doesn’t have to end.” Cristiano smiles and his eyes sparkle.
“But what about your grandfather? What the hell must he think of me. The truth really is that I’m a whore you got from the club. I can’t change that.”
“You aren’t a whore. You’re the woman who changed our lives.” Cristiano looks back at Knox and Levi and they come up to us.
“You’re the woman who made our fantasies come to life,” Levi adds.
“The woman we fell for,” Knox says. “And we don’t care what people think of us if we’re happy together.”
“And I still want to marry you.” Cristiano takes my hand, looking at my ring. “It makes it official that you’re ours.”
“Really? That’s what you guys want?”
“Yes. So how about we do this?”
I look at my guys and love them harder. Cristiano, Knox, and Levi. My three knights who saved me in so many ways. I don’t have to think about the answer to that question.
“Yes.”
