Every muscle in my body seized with pleasure. I couldn’t move nor did I try. It was a struggle to draw in one breath after the next. The cruel bite of pleasure was like the end of the sword and I was afraid that should I fall, it would flay me alive. T
he brutal agony of the passion coursing through me seemed never-ending and I didn’t know when I’d be able to break free.
I heard screams echoing around me. I soon realized that those sounds were my own. My thighs trembled. My knees went weak. I would have fallen had he not been holding me tight to his chest. His cock ravaged my bottom and my orgasm continued unabated. I could feel his own seed spurt hot into my ass, again and again as he marked my very last hole as his.
By the time my orgasm finally began to ebb, I was destroyed. I shook with my sobs, a shattered little mess of a well-satisfied little human.
Vane had broken me in the most thorough of ways.
I would never be anyone else’s. I would always be his. He’d made sure of that.
Vane’s palm against my throat held me firmly against him as he pulled his cock free from my body. He sat back and curled me into his arms, holding me tightly as I tried to put myself together. I sobbed into his chest and he gently kissed my forehead.
“Such a good girl. I’m so proud of you,” he murmured, and I felt my still racing heart swell for him.
I couldn’t speak, but he didn’t ask me to. We sat together for a long time and I simply breathed, feeling as though I was only just beginning to float back to the ground. My tears dried and I cuddled into his chest, allowing his warmth to envelop me completely. I don’t know how long we laid together, but it didn’t matter. He was there for me all the same.
“That’s not all I want to tell you, little girl,” he murmured quietly.
I lifted my head and stared into those dark, stormy eyes. He gazed back at me with adoration.
“I love you, Nina,” he whispered as he pushed a stray lock of hair free from my eyes. “I’ve loved you since the very first day I laid eyes on you.”
“I love you too,” I replied, unable to stop the smile from my lips.
And nothing was going to ever tear us apart.
Epilogue
Nina
The suns of Kraken Prime had risen before Vane and I emerged out of the dungeon. We boarded the Black Ranger together and Vane was immediately informed of the status of both the ship and the containment of the Aberrants below. Incredibly, there had not been a single Aberrant life lost. Vane’s crew had survived the battle unscathed as well.
“Is there anyone left on the surface other than Greyburne’s men?” Vane asked, turning toward Javier with a dark look in his eyes.
“No. There is no one else left,” he answered.
“Good. We’re going to make a statement. Once we’re out of range, turn the gravity generator on Kraken Prime. The entire galaxy is going to learn what happens when they try to mess with me,” Vane growled.
“Yes, Commander,” Javier said with a smirk. He rubbed absently at his right shoulder and I wondered about the progression of his own virus, if he had much longer before it overtook him too. I wasn’t left with much time to think about it because the helm suddenly became of flurry of activity in preparation to leave the small planet.
In no time at all, the Black Ranger was sailing through the stars and in a quick fishtail maneuver, turned back on Kraken Prime. I saw back and just watched as Vane’s men engaged their weapons systems.
“Systems ready, Commander Vane,” Javier said firmly.
“Fire all,” Vane said loudly, his voice dark and sinister.
A loud hum sounded out all around us and a single lavender-colored laser shot forward straight for the small planet we’d just left behind. At first, the explosion seemed small but then the ground surrounding the blast started to buckle and fold in on itself. Like a tidal wave, the effects of the gravity generator flowed over the planet, forcing it to collapse into its core. In mere seconds, the blast compounded, and a secondary explosion destroyed Kraken Prime entirely until it was nothing but a cloud of pebbles and dust.
What was once a planet now no longer existed.
I stared for a long moment at the nothingness left behind.
Vane had made a statement and it had been a terrifying one at that.
Now the only thing that was left to deal with was what he was going to do with the rest of the Aberrants. I knew he still wanted to sell them, but I was going to see to it that he couldn’t. I smiled and started to come up with a plan.
