Sara

I’ve always been a relatively low maintenance person, especially living in a city like New York and working in the marketing industry, where dealing with clients all day is a daily grind.

But I let the makeup person the hotel sent up just do her thing. It’s nice to not have to worry about this stuff for once.

Catherine is surprisingly relaxed for someone who is getting married in a couple of hours. I thought all brides were supposed to be some sort of manic control freak.

I’m the first to finish getting ready, so I decide to peek in on Catherine.

“Hey.”

She looks up at me, beaming.

“Hey. You look beautiful.”

She gets out her phone and I hear the camera click.

“I’m sending it to Adrien. No doubt he’s going to try, and sneak down to see you before the wedding anyway.”

I just smile at her and keep my mouth shut. I don’t tell her he sneaked down to see me last night while she was in the bath. I don’t know what came over him. He smelled of whiskey and just kept telling me he couldn’t wait for us to be living together and working together again. The in-charge ‘boss man’ has always turned me, but this more sensitive guy is also a complete dream. He really is the whole package.

Catherine gets a ping back almost straight away. She laughs at whatever he has text her back. I expect her to tell me what’s in the message, but she just sits there while people get ready. I can tell she is going to make me ask.

“Do you need me to get you anything?”

This is my only job today, to make sure Catherine has everything she needs today.

“No, I’m okay at the moment.”

I’m beginning to feel like a spare part, when I feel a pair of hands on my shoulders.

I turn around, smiling, knowing it’s him. I’m surprised though to see he is only half dressed.

“I need Sara’s help.”

He says, grabbing hold of my hand and pulling me up from the couch across from Catherine.

“Nope. Not going to happen. The only help you require Adrien Banks is with your penis. I am not letting Sara out of my sight until photos have been taken.” She points at me. “My gorgeous bridesmaid is not going from this to a ruffled mess.”

I stifle a laugh. Okay, maybe Catherine can bring out the big guns when she needs too.

Adrien looks like a school boy who’s just been told off by his favorite teacher. Which is to say shocked.

I look at Adrien and I must admit there is some part of me that is even more turned on because I know it’s something we can’t have at this moment.

“Ok, will you two stop making eyes at each other. I can feel you eye fucking each other from here.”

That gets a laugh out of the both of us.

“Ok, I will allow Sara to leave this room Adrien on the condition she is to come back to me in the exact same condition she is in now. That means no smudged lips, no fucked lips, and I do mean both.”

Adrien has a shocked expression on his face, and I must admit I have never heard Catherine talk like this to anyone. Adrien looks like he is about to crack a joke.

“Adrien, I mean it. Your dick doesn’t go in any of her holes.”

“Catherine Wolff,” I say, shocked.

Then we burst out laughing.
