“Can we drive for a while?”

The man narrows his eyes at me, weighing the situation. Even my driver knows something is off.

“You need like a nice spot to unwind…?”

“Yes. Something like that.”

What makes him think I’m all wired up?

I’m not.

I’m not tense.

I’m just… I want to put some space between what happened tonight and what the next hours are about to bring.

“Do you want to watch the sunrise? I know a spot.”

“Yes. That would be nice.”

“All right.”

He’s happy that he can help me.

I tuck myself in the back seat, and soon the car moves away. I glance over my shoulder at the entrance of the hotel one last time, prompted by a thought.

A man and a woman walked through that door hours ago. They almost broke the bed, fucking. Their pleasure only asking for more pleasure.

The man is gone.

The woman is empty.

That woman is me. And I need some time to pull myself together. I should definitely get better at this.

Seeing them separately messes me up. It doesn’t work for me. Now I realize… All together? Yeah. That’s different. My heart has no say when my body is insatiable.

They each take a piece of me, yet I remain whole.

This is not the case here.

And it has not been clear to me until now. Not even when Kai had started it. Initiated me. Groomed me.

I had no clue.

I felt good with him. He taught me how to trust him and enjoy myself. He gave me a taste of it. I would’ve been happy with being with him alone and only him. Aside from our group encounters.

And then he let me loose.

He pulled back.

And he did that by design…? Why? I don’t know. I don’t think he wanted me to know. Although he hinted something to me when he explained the game to me.

It’s all about the truth.

Hmm…

It’s too early to figure out what his true motivations are.

Overall, this is a cruel, delicious, high-priced, high-reward experience.
