“Yes, he did. But he couldn’t see his face.”

“Did he carry anything?”

“No.”

“He probably had it inside his jacket or his pocket…” I murmur. “All right. Keep an eye on everything. And get in touch with the people investigating the security breach in Barreto’s building. This thing has suddenly come to life, and it’s spinning out of control. No chance you could identify that man, huh?”

“No. No connection to the car owner. He keeps his car in an unmonitored garage. Anyone with a duplicate key could’ve used it. I’m sure the car’s odometer reflects that, but it doesn’t say much about the driver.”

“Yeah… I’m sure that’s the case. These people are hired too. I have no doubt they know what they’re doing. Okay. Talk to you later.”

I pocket my phone and think about the conversation for a moment before shifting my focus to the guests, looking for Raven.

I’m sure she hasn’t made it that far. It takes a bluffer to recognize one.

Francisco and Alejandro are at the bar while Robert chats with his two buddies.

I make a beeline for the bar.
