Lief’s hand tightens on me suddenly and my eyes flick to him. He’s looking past me to a woman with thick blonde hair. His fingers are going to bruise me if he doesn’t let up. I rub his hand. “Hey.”

“We need to go.”

“What? Why? We still have a bunch of coins to use and I haven’t kicked Hunter’s ass in air hockey.”

“I’d rather take care of your ass another way, but if you prefer to lose first.” Hunter chuckles.

“Hunter, problem. Three o’clock,” Lief reports.

Hunter looks over and Chase kisses my cheek, across my jaw, then steals my mouth. Shameless and eager. I kiss him back once but pull away when Hunter stands. He picks up two of my plushies and Chase grabs all but the one I’m clinging to. Lief takes my hand.

“Where are we going? Home?”

Oh, the delicious fantasies already playing in my head. Having all three of them. And since Lief knows so many other positions, I bet we can have a wonderful time. A really good time. Oh god, so many ways to be fucked.

“A home,” Hunter says sharply.

But I don’t get an answer until I’m in the car. Lief drives, Hunter rubs down my back and teases my inner thigh. “Now, don’t get heated.”

“Why am I going to get heated, Hunter?” I bite out.

“God, I love when you get all pissy.” He kisses me eagerly, sliding his tongue along mine, licking deep, nearly making me forget everything else. He rubs me through my leggings and my thighs part obediently.

He grins against my mouth, but then I clamp my legs shut. “Don’t distract me.”

“This can be very fun, sweetheart,” He promises against my ear. “We’ll be at your disposal constantly. For you to use us and make the most of us every night.”

“Funny. Take me home.” I glance out the window and have no idea where we are. “Hunter!”

“I know how much you liked the cabin. It’s off the grid.”

“You … Why are you taking me there on a school night?”

“I wasn’t completely honest about it being easy to defend. I have plenty of methods.” His face changes, back to that icy mask he’s worn in counseling a few times.

“You’re … you can’t just kidnap me!” I push against him, trying to get free from him, but he’s too strong for me to escape. “You can’t do this. I’m a person. I have a life! We’ve talked about this.”

“And I told you, I’d do anything to protect you. Do you see Chase or Lief complaining or arguing with me?”

“Then explain why this is necessary.” This is what I get for forgetting, even for a weekend who these men are. Ruthless, unforgiving mafia men who refuse to compromise. I shove at Hunter again until he settles for having his arm around me. “Now.”

“That woman,” Lief says simply. “She’s a threat.”

“She was just taking pictures.”

“Of us,” Chase says softly, turning to look at me. “We’re not the only … questionable family in the city.”

“So?”

“Stefan was getting information from the man that took you, Valerie. And that woman is his girlfriend,” Hunter says as if I know who Stefan is. When he reads my face, he sighs, softening for a moment. “There’s so much you don’t know.”

“So explain.” I have my phone in my purse, but I know better than to glance at it. I could call Sophie. Maybe Roman could come get me? One of her four men has to be able to get me out of this. “Quickly.”

“Stefan is the head of the Italian Mafia. We have history. He wants what I have,” Hunter says calmly.

“We have,” Chase argues.

“Always has.” Hunter continues. “He will want you. He will try to seduce you or worse.”
