“And you think my fear of clowns is hilarious. Not so funny, now is it?” Axel laughs as he comes up behind Neo.

Axel turns and bumps into someone. “Want a balloon animal?” A clown that looks way too much like Pennywise asks as he thrusts out one that looks like a dog.

Axel lets out a high pitched shriek before his back meets the floor.

“Axel,” I gasp, dropping to the ground next to him.

“Guess not,” the clown mutters before taking off.

“Oh, this is fucking gold,” Neo cackles. “I wish I got that on tape,” he wheezes, pulling out his cell phone from his pocket. “But I will get photos.” Neo starts to snap some photos, the flash going off and blinding me.

“Neo,” I snap.

“Sorry,” he pouts, then goes and sits over at the table with the others.

“Axel,” I say, tapping his face.

He sucks in a gasp before scrambling to sit up. “What happened?” he asks, looking around.

“Uhh,” I say, biting my lip, trying hard not to smile. “You passed out.”

He looks confused for a moment before clueing into the moment. “Fucking clown,” he growls, his face turning red with embarrassment that he tries to hide with a scowl.

“Come on, big guy. Let's get out of here before he comes back.” I laugh, standing up. Axel looks around, as if looking to see if the clown is lurking in the shadows.

For the next hour, we have a nice supper. It isn’t too busy, just a few families and their kids. When we're done eating, Neo and Rosie make it their mission to beat the other in every game.

“Basketball next,” Neo tells Rosie.

“Okay!” Rosie says, running towards the game.

Neo turns to me with a grin. “We're tied, but after this game, I’m gonna be in the lead,” he says with giddy excitement.

“Neo, she’s five,” I laugh. “Do you have to be so competitive?”

“Umm, yeah! You don’t think I’d just let her win because she’s a kid, do you? What kind of lesson does that teach her?” He does have a point. “Plus, those basketballs are bigger than her head. I’m gonna laugh my ass off watching her try to throw them in the hoops.”

“Neo!” I laugh. “Fine, go. But don’t make her cry.”

“Fine,” he mutters and gives me a quick kiss before taking off.

Shaking my head with a smile, I go back over to the table. “I’m gonna go to the bathroom real quick. Care to have a go at the dance game?” I ask Sam, placing my hands on the table and leaning in. My boobs practically hang out and in his face. His eyes drop to them, staring like he can’t help it.

“Sam?” Axel asks, humor in his voice.

“What?” Sam asks, looking up at me and blushing a pretty shade of pink. “Oh, umm. Yeah, sure.”

“You're so fucking adorable.” I giggle, and lean forward to give him a kiss. He sighs against my lips, leaning into my touch.

“Hey, me too,” Axel grumbles, making me grin.

“Come here, big guy.” I motion to him with my finger.

He grabs the back of my head, capturing my lips with his. Our kiss is harder and has a lot more tongue.

“Fuck,” Sam breathes, and I can hear him shift in his seat.

“Soon, my love,” I purr, breaking the kiss and locking eyes with Sam.
