“Rosie, why didn't you tell Uncle Neo that you turned on the water?” Harlow asks.
“Because it was funny watching him freak out.” She giggles. Harlow tries to bite back a smile and looks away from Rosie. Unable to hold it in anymore, she breaks out into a beaming grin. I look at her with a raised brow. She shrugs, and mouths, “It’s funny.”
“Get these things out of the house,” Axel snaps, scooping up Bob. Bob bleats before headbutting Axel in the face. “Fuck!” Axel shouts, dropping Bob, and Bob runs through the room and out to the backyard. One down, one to go.
“Oh man! That's two whole dollars I could have gotten. Being naughty sucks,” Rosie says, scooping up Daisy and sulking down the hall to her room.
“Not when you do it my way,” Harlow says, wiggling her eyebrows at us. I choke on a laugh and shake my head.
“I can't even with you,” I chuckle out.
“Oh, you know you love it,” she sings, dancing away from me to go pick up Mr. Bacon while Neo drags Susie outside.
“More than I should,” I mutter to myself.
