“All my dolly clothes and furniture. I always keep it in here.”

“Maybe daddy cleaned up and put it somewhere else. Let's look around the room.”

We search under her bed, in her closet, and we even empty her toy box, but nothing.

“Did you maybe leave them in another room?” I ask.

“No.”

Looking around the room, I try to think of any other place they could be. Then something pops in my mind, something Neo said. Last time we were playing, Neo made a comment about how Rosie’s doll clothes could probably fit Mr. Bacon.

“I think I have an idea. Come with me,” I say, holding out my hand for hers. She slips her little one into mine, and I lead her down the hall to Neo’s room.

Pushing the door open, I see it’s empty. I could have sworn I saw him go past while I was playing with Rosie.

His room is surprisingly tidy. His bed is made and there are no clothes lying around. He even has a whole setup for Mr. Bacon in the corner of his room, including a bed and nightstand with a bowl of water.

A snort has me looking over at the closet. I raise a brow at Rosie and she shrugs before heading over to the closet.

I stop her before she opens the door with a finger to my lips, telling her to be quiet as I slowly open the door. Neo has a big walk-in closet, and the thing is decked out in dresses, purses, and shoes of all kinds. My eyes go wide as I take it all in.How can I be jelly of my boyfriend's closet?Even mine doesn't look like this.

In the center of the closet sits Neo, in a dress with white gloves, his makeup is done, and he has one of those big hats that rich bitches wear at horse shows. On the other end of the little table sits Mr. Bacon in one of Rosie’s doll’s outfits.

“Would you like another cup of tea?” Neo asks, pouring some water into the teacup in front of Mr. Bacon. Mr. Bacon starts to lap at the water in the cup. “How about a crumpet?” Neo says, handing Mr. Bacon a cookie.

“You stole them!” Rosie shouts.

Neo jumps back startled, his big knees knocking into the table, and making everything clatter. His eyes go wide as he takes in me and Rosie.

“You stole my dollie’s clothes! And their furniture!” Rosie points to the high chair Mr. Bacon is sitting in.

“I... I...” he looks flustered as his eyes flick back and forth between us.

“If you wanted to use it, you should have asked!” Rosie huffs, crossing her arms.

“I’m sorry,” he rushes out. “I just... I—” The poor guy looks so embarrassed.

“Rosie,” I say crouching down. “Why don’t you go grab a snack from the kitchen while I talk to Uncle Neo, okay?”

“Can I have a cookie?” She looks up at me with bright eyes.

“Sure.”

“Yay!” she cheers, running out of the closet, and forgetting all about her missing doll accessories.

“Harlow, I can explain,” Neo rushes out. I turn to see shame and embarrassment clouding his handsome face.

“How could you?” I ask. His face drops as I take a step towards him.

“I’m sorry,” he whispers.

“How could you have a tea party and not invite us?” I growl playfully. His head snaps up with a look of surprise.

“What?”

“Dude, this looks fucking epic! And this closet,” I say, looking around the room. “I mean, none of this would fit me, but this,” I say, holding up a black purse with metal studs. “This I’m gonna need to borrow.”

“You're not mad?” he asks in astonishment.
