Isaiah smirked, and it drove a knife into my back. “It was like fucking an angel. Nice and pure.”

His father laughed, and I felt the first tear roll down my cheek and land on the concrete below. My knees buckled, and I wanted to feel rage and hate and lash out. But I didn’t. What I felt was so much worse. It numbed everything but the pain.

But that numbness was gone as soon as I heard the next words come out of Isaiah’s mouth. “I say we get back to the lesson that you were talking about. He touches our things…we touch his right back.”

Isaiah’s father breathed out a sigh of relief. “Finally comin’ around to this lifestyle, aren’t ya?” My face burned with his heated look on the side of my face. “And all it took was a pretty little thing like this to make you submit. I’ll keep that in mind.”

And then I was pushed forward into a pack of untrustworthy fucking wolves.
