“No, I need to get back to Philly, but I’ll be available if you need me,” Aiden replied.
“Good. Thanks for coming all this way.” Nathan stood.
“I thought maybe…” Aiden tapped a finger on the sleek table.
Tox slapped a big hand on his shoulder. “He’s been around. He’s getting his head straight.”
Aiden nodded. “Good. Okay, yeah. That’s good.” He bongoed the table and stood. “Keep me posted.”
When Aiden was gone, Nathan turned to Twitch. “I think we can all agree that until we figure out what’s going on here, we need to get you someplace safe.”
Twitch closed the lid of her computer. “I can stay with Tox and Calliope.”
Nathan’s imperious green gaze met hers. “I had something else in mind.”
