Chapter Sixteen
Grey walked into the bedroom and pulled out his phone. He made sure he was far enough away for her not to hear him, but he wanted to be able to see her at all times.
“Marsh.”
“Darian, it’s me.”
“How’d it go?”
Grey wiped a hand down her face. “It was brutal. They asked her questions about every horrible thing that has happened to her in her life.” He went through the conversation with him. “Jesus, how does anyone go through all of that and stay as sweet as she is?”
“It’s a little’s personality. They can go through some horrific things, but it hardly ever affects their core,” Darian said. “How’s she doing?”
“Not good. She’s shut down, and it’s worse than it was before.”
“She’s probably trying to understand how she is to deal with everything, and it’s overwhelming to her.”
“How do I help her? She’s got to cry, or I’m afraid she’ll explode.”
“The way I deal with Larkin is I spank her and most of the time end up fucking her ass to get her out of her head.”
“Spanking?” Grey asked.
“It’s to get her to cry. She needs the pain to be able to release her pent-up emotions.”
“And the fucking?”
“It’s to bring her to a level that all she can feel is you. Anal sex is the best way. Have you two ever done that?”
“No. I’ve barely fingered her.”
“That’s not a bad thing. You’ll just have to go slower.”
Jesus, the thought of being in her ass made him harder than hell. It was the one place he had not made his own.
“I’ll call you later.”
“Good luck. Just remember, it’s going to sting, but it’s normal, and it doesn’t last. It’s also one of the best feelings in the world for both of you. I feel closer to Larkin when I’m in her ass.”
“Good to know. Thank you.”
Grey locked his bedroom door and laid his phone on the nightstand. He pulled out a condom and lube he’d need for her before he started stripping.
He watched her for a moment and thought she was asleep, but then her hand came up and wiped away a bubble on her chin.
“Lean forward, baby.”
Her eyes slid open. “What?”
“Move forward. I’m coming in the bath with you.”
Her eyes widened, and she sat up and then moved forward.
He slid in behind her and then pulled her back against his chest. He let his hands roam over her and knew she was blocked when she stayed still like she was afraid to move.
“Baby, I know how to help make you feel better, but you’re going to have to trust me. Can you do that?”
She looked up at him over her shoulder and nodded.
